I'm a bit particular about how my things are cleaned and appreciated Maid Svc's ability to add special notes, although I'm not 100% sure those notes were read in advance since I needed to explain things. It's a little frustrating also to not be able to properly communicate with the cleaners provided since most don't speak English although I guess to be expected in Miami. But I do appreciate our cleaner's good faith attempts to communicate and understand. Tanya did an excellent job and greatly appreciated her accommodation of my special asks (like using a broom and mop and not vacuum cleaner). Big fan of their team! When our original maid service had forgotten about our cleaning appointment, we were able to call and book a last minute appointment with their team. Their service is extremely responsive, communicative, and friendly. Truly so great to work with. They know all the details and are very forthcoming with information. Their online booking system is amazing and allows you to ask for extras like outdoor window cleaning and laundry. I love how they provide these options as extras and are very transparent in their pricing. Regarding pricing, they are a bit more than other local services, but this is an instance of "getting what you pay for." They use disposable cleaning brushes and towels which is great during COVID times so you're also paying for this extra layer of caution. The actual service team member came on time and did a great job! Her cleaning supplies were exactly as described, and I was happy with her work and level of detail on our tile floor apartment with balcony and deep cleaning of kitchen. Had specific instructions to "leave items that were going to be thrown out in a clear plastic bag to the side" this was not followed. Each day that passes I'm realizing that I'm missing more and more of my things!! Valuable items in the that we're not close to being spoiled and recently bought, were thrown out for what reason I have no idea why. Expensive cheeses, caviar tins and items from different countries between the cupboard and fridge were thrown out. Documents and papers were thrown out- I'm a partner at a finance company and had to scramble through old notes due to missing items. I will say the communication between the actually service itself were okay and the cleaning person Hillary was very sweet, but this is truly unacceptable. I was also made to pay an additional 30 minutes for her staying 7min over. Coming from New York- you only pay for the time in and time out. read more

This review is for people who are looking for a deep clean, who have relatively clean and tidy homes already. I would not recommend. I hate to write a bad review, but since I rely on reviews so much, I understand the importance of them. I am a gay man, in a 4br home with 3 bathrooms. 2200 sq ft. I live alone, with no pets, no carpet, no Knick knacks, new construction, so my home is consistently pretty clean. I was told that cleaning my home would take about 6 hours for one person. Therefore, I hired 2 cleaners to do a deep clean for a total of 8 hours. Before they came, I stripped the beds and washed all the linens. I informed the cleaners when they arrived that the focus should be on getting baseboards, floors, ceiling fans, blinds, interior windows and mirrors thoroughly cleaned. This was not a difficult job. After 6 hours the cleaners were still cleaning the guest bedrooms. After 6 hours, the blinds and ceiling fans had not been touched. Instead of starting in the high trafficked areas like the kitchen, my bedroom or main bathrooms, they wasted a considerable amount of time in the small guest rooms. To sum it up, the cleaners had poor time management, no attention to detail, and no understanding between a deep clean and just straightening up. I think because the house was not a mess, they felt this would be an easy day with little to be done. read more

I have been working 24/7 recently and my room has gotten away from me. Just 2 days ago, a car ran over my foot and I felt helpless sitting in a messy space! I booked an apartment cleaning. Not only did I get the quickest response and service, I was blessed to have Edelma sent to help me out! She was the absolute sweetest and was so helpful. I booked a 3 hour cleaning and she definitely made the most of her time. I'm so pleased by the experience and especially miss Edelma. We have 2 bedroom apartment and we paid for 4 hour cleaning $176. Result of the cleaning: 1) the first what we noticed when we came home after cleaning is that our socks sticked to the floor. And in one hour, the entire apartment is full with footprints from SOCKS! It's so inconvenient when socks stick to the floor and the floor looks like we didn't mop it two weeks. 2) all the corners in all rooms are fool of our cat hair. Very disappointed moment. Of course, tomorrow this hair will be everywhere. So, it's just average cleaning. Nobody tried to vacuum clean corners and under tables, or under curtness. 3) a lot of spaces where the dust wasn't cleaned properly - a lot of dirt was left: - the only one opened shelf in the kitchen where the cups are located (see the video) - main table in the living room full of dirt from the cleaning cloth 4) mirrors in bathrooms are not cleaned at all!!! Why?! All spots are still there 5) WHY YOUR CLEANING LADY touched our cat house? It is completely wet and smells awful! Did she put something on it and it fell down, and the chemical liquid poured on the house?! I see pink spots. We need to buy a new one or order a cleaning for it. And she definitely didn't want to clean this cat's house because it's still will tons of kitten hair (it's okay, I didn't ask to clean it but why it's wet and smells chemically?!) 6) okay. Last thing - half bathroom wan't even touched. Toilet and sink are dirty. See photos. After finishing your cleaning service: 1) I need to clean the entire floor of our apartment to make it unstick 2) I need to clean mirrors and remove dust from very visible places 3) I need to clean toilet and sink 4) I need to buy a new cat house because it was destroyed, and no one pet will lay down on something chemical. Lastly, I paid for 4 hours cleaning. Your lady came in our apartment at 8.55am and left before 12pm. It's 3 hours. To sum up - a very average but very expensive for the provided quality service. After contacting the customer service, they offered to come a clean those areas that they didn't touch. When I ask if they would be good enough to come and clean everything really professionally that worse $176, they said now and they can just come during 24 hours to finish their cleaning. Not satisfied at all. I want a professional cleaning service that can do its work properly from the first attempt. With offered retouches within 24 hours I just waste my time and I don't want to see a cleaning twice during 24 hours for $176. Please, see the photos of untouched areas for $176. read more

Next time I would recommend that if it is unclear whether or not something should be thrown out or not, please leave it in a corner so that I can look throw it instead of throwing it out. There appointment system is super easy and I love that they don't charge for missed appointments cause I forget to leave the door unlocked for the cleaners all the time but they're super cool about it. My favorite cleaner with them is Patty she's amazing! Their prices are great, best in the area as far as I've seen! Angie arrived right on time, and I told her about some areas that needed special attention (my balcony floors and windows, as well as the shower and tub in the master bath). The shower and tub had some residue/stains/etc when I bought the place a couple years ago, and no matter how hard I scrubbed and no matter what I used, I never could make it look good. Angie is a magician! The master bath looks like new. The balcony floors and windows are sparkling clean, and the whole apartment just looks and feels fantastic. What a great deep-clean. I am giving three stars only because they credited me back a portion of what I was charged for the cleaning. Trhe adim for the company is pretty good. They answered my calls and texts fairly quickly. The cleaning however, leaves MUCH to question. I am not sure if my cleaner was watching movies or talking on the phone but she certainly was not cleaning. My house was just as dusty as it was before I left. She did not move ONE thing or even pretend to. I had sent a clear list of things to do but she did none of them. The person in the office kept telling me that she had spent "5 hours at my house blah blah". I complained and she supposedly went back for 2 more There is no way that this woman was cleaning. As I said, she must have been watching telenovela. Perhaps it was the particular cleaner or perhaps she had an off day, I am willing to offer that, but I would certainly never call them again. read more

I just completed termite tenting with (Darn Quick - they were fantastic BTW) and needed my house deep cleaned straight after. After failing to get my regular cleaners (pre-covid) to call me back, I was in desperate need for a new cleaner ASAP and on short notice. I found Maid in Brickell on yelp, called and spoke to Aram, who co-ordinated my first cleaning job with them. Aram was calm and reassuring and made the whole ordeal less stressful. Once all my questions were answered and I made the reservation, he followed up with emails that allowed me to make changes to the job as well as take care of payment at the end of the job. I was sent a reminder email that the cleaners where arriving the next day and a followup call from Aram (the day of) asking if the cleaners could come by earlier then planned as they had completed their previous job sooner. Then Angie (my cleaning gal - she spoke English so was the one I communicated with regarding what I wanted done), and her cleaning partner arrived on time with their own products and tools. They were both fantastic. Fast and thorough. I would definitely recommend them! My house smelled and felt fresh after they left - love that clean feeling! read more

Not sure why no one writes a review, i guess I'll be the one to start it off :) have already used this company's services twice and was really satisfied. They start by checking what you want to have done, if there are any particular tasks you want to be done. I really like it, along with the fact they charge per hour, so you can kinda figure out what you need and add it to the list. Twice the ladies left my condo spotless, they were also nice and time efficient. Would definitely book their services again, especially since reoccurring services come with discounts of 10 or 15%. What I also like is that I can select organic washing products for $15 and don't worry about buying supplies or whether they'll be safe for my animals. Highly recommend this company to fellow brickell residents. Ps. After the very first cleaning they left me a small dishwashing organic soap, which was also a nice touch. read more
