Daniela was very responsive and accommodating. I mostly needed a cleaning overall as we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but we also needed our stove deep cleaned as mold was beginning to grow. Overall they did okay for a regular weekly type clean, but I had scheduled and paid for a deep clean. The dishes that were washed had specs of grime and food still on them then put away still wet, the oven had fuzzy stuff left on the racks (I'm assuming from a cleaning towel) which made me not want to cook in it still, and there was a lot of details looked over. They were overall okay, hence the 3 stars but for a deep clean I expected a little more than what we received. read more

Since the very beginning I knew it will be all fabulous and with no issues. Past experience, I had a lady who took 6 hrs to do same exact work and she charged me less per the hour, but total rate came up almost same, so pretty much you pay more per hour but get done all quicker and better for same total rate, why not? When I called, I received a message within a seconds. Quick basic questions which I answered and received clear answer with rates, date of cleaning and other details. Appointment was set for about 5 min, nicely, easy and clear. The day before appointment, I got a reminder, which is also nice since with busy life you may forget about it. The day of appointment, 30 min before exact arriving time I received a message, so I am ready and know when to expect them. When they arrived, 2 young people full of energy, fully loaded with supplies and tools asked me all cleaning priorities to make sure they are focused on them most. They did my 2/2 basic cleaning for only 4hrs (which is 2hrs for 2 of them). They did an incredible job. I am set now for a weekly schedule and they will even do a quicker work since they have their own system and know all my needs and the home overall. Rate is same and stable. read more

Does not get any better than this. You have a team of two people who work together but independently, meaning the work will get done twice as fast and CORRECTLY, let me repeat that CORRECTLY . They took a closet had pile of clothes at 4.5f feet high from the floor. The put what they could on available hangers and the rest was neatly folded. They have this vacuum which I asked if required a license. This vacuum has shoulder straps and waist band. This team does not play games. They bring their own supplies and all the cleaning solutions are organic. Which is great if you have pets. I highly recommend them. I got referred by my friend, who has used the service for already one year.I finally decided to try it out for myself.EcOrganiClean did an amazing job for my house.I was not expecting that they can do such a difference only with organic supplies,because before I have always used bleach and other heavy chemicals to clean up my bathroom. I would 100% NOT recommend this. If you want pretend cleaning they're perfect though. I wanted an empty studio cleaned (less than 600 SF), so no moving of furniture, clothing, anything at all. Pretty simple request, but the apartment did need a deep clean because it had clearly been empty for a few months. I called beforehand to confirm the price I found a Groupon, and they asked me not to buy the Groupon. I needed express service so they should they couldn't honor the Groupon pricing and needed to charge me an extra fuel fee. The cost ended up being $85 for 1 hour of cleaning with two people, which would have been fine if they had done a good job. I let them know by phone what things needed cleaning and made sure they were ok with that. They start cleaning my apartment and I'm not seeing either person use any elbow grease. I point out specific things to clean that are especially grimy like the bathtub or bathroom mold or windows. Instead they are focusing on basically clean areas like the cabinets and lightly wiping. They tell me they can't clean the tub or mold or scrub out window corners because 1) that would take more time and cost me more 2) they aren't superhuman and can't do any more than I can by myself. Why would I pay someone to do something I can do myself? Annoyed, I told them I would show them things like that windows, for example, can be cleaned and I literally got cleaning fluid and cleaned my own windows to demonstrate. In essence I was paying them while I did the elbow grease cleaning. I'm also not sure they can claim they are organic just because they use Method cleaning products. I ended up hiring another cleaning lady who charged less and did 100% of a better job without complaining while she did it. read more

I purchased a Deep Clean for 4hrs. They gave me 2hrs with 2people. They did a good job. However, I expected a deeper clean including the inside of the refrigerator, tops of cabinets, top of the fridge and ceiling fan blades. The deep clean also included the baseboards that weren't done either. All these things were listed in their deep clean but I think what I got was more of a basic clean. I understand that time was an issue and it was hard to accomplish with just 2 hours. That is why I purchased 4 hrs. Now, for what they did, it was great! They were very nice and very fast. I was charged $180 for 2 hours for a deep clean and I gave them $200. I feel like it was overpriced for what I received but they told me it had to do with my location being too far for them (West Miami). My 2/1 house was organized and neat. They just needed to clean. They were very punctual and easy to work with. They confirmed my appointment the day before and texted me when they were on their way. The moment they got there, they greeted me with smiles and they went to work immediately. I felt they were very trustworthy. Their use of organic products was great and left the best smell behind that lasted days. Overall, I would hire again for a basic clean if I can get a better price because I liked how they worked.
