We just used them for the first time this past week and they did a great job! First and foremost, when scheduling, Daniela was extremely professional and customer friendly. To read a detailed review of the scheduling and confirmation process please see Dmytro's review as it was exactly what I experienced. For some reason, it is extremely difficult to come by professional and consumer oriented cleaners. However, Daniela proved to be just that! As far as the cleaning, they did an excellent job! Daniela and Borris arrived exactly on time and ready to work! We paid for them to a deep clean and that they did! They spent 3 hours here with two people and didn't pause for a second. They were extremely hard working, took direction well (with a smile on their face), and didn't make me feel like I had to hire them on a recurring basis (they were completely fine with us only scheduling them when we truly need them). Overall, great experience and we will hire them again! read more

We've been using this service for a while now to deep clean our apartment. Reliable, thorough, and affordable. Very happy after having tried various services in Miami over the past decade. read more

I highly recommend this company! They were easy to communicate with and very professional. They did an outstanding job cleaning my condo. I will definitely use them again. read more

Daniela was very responsive and accommodating. I mostly needed a cleaning overall as we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but we also needed our stove deep cleaned as mold was beginning to grow. Overall they did okay for a regular weekly type clean, but I had scheduled and paid for a deep clean. The dishes that were washed had specs of grime and food still on them then put away still wet, the oven had fuzzy stuff left on the racks (I'm assuming from a cleaning towel) which made me not want to cook in it still, and there was a lot of details looked over. They were overall okay, hence the 3 stars but for a deep clean I expected a little more than what we received. read more

Since the very beginning I knew it will be all fabulous and with no issues. Past experience, I had a lady who took 6 hrs to do same exact work and she charged me less per the hour, but total rate came up almost same, so pretty much you pay more per hour but get done all quicker and better for same total rate, why not? When I called, I received a message within a seconds. Quick basic questions which I answered and received clear answer with rates, date of cleaning and other details. Appointment was set for about 5 min, nicely, easy and clear. The day before appointment, I got a reminder, which is also nice since with busy life you may forget about it. The day of appointment, 30 min before exact arriving time I received a message, so I am ready and know when to expect them. When they arrived, 2 young people full of energy, fully loaded with supplies and tools asked me all cleaning priorities to make sure they are focused on them most. They did my 2/2 basic cleaning for only 4hrs (which is 2hrs for 2 of them). They did an incredible job. I am set now for a weekly schedule and they will even do a quicker work since they have their own system and know all my needs and the home overall. Rate is same and stable. read more

We had the pleasure of using EcOrganiClean a few weeks ago, and they were amazing. The two people who came to clean were kind, compassionate, efficient, and left our house looking great! We would highly recommend them! read more

More than just satisfied. Moved from other State and needed someone to get in touch easy and quick without a headache. They are super responsible and did a superb job. It was just smoothest service I ever experienced! Will have them clean my home on more often occasion!!! read more

I used this cleaning service and it was outstanding experience from the beginning till the end. This young couple were super fast and responsible. I asked them how many years are they doing this and definitely over 10 years make it the way it is - Just fabulous! Very detail oriented, fluent in English and even on time makes this service a gem in Miami. I am done looking no further, I am sticking with this team which seems they definitely take care of each of their clients like a family member which is very rare. Thank you so much Daniela for your hard and trustworthy work! read more

This young, friendly duo has been fantastic! Great communication. Easy payment. Both of them were sweet and fast. They did a great job with our apartment and were able to squeeze me in last minute. I will be using them again. Aside from using environmentally responsible products they were efficient, fast, on-time, and trustworthy. read more

I called a few times spread out and not once did they return my phone call but they texted me asking a few questions. (Unprofessional) After telling me they have nothing open for today I asked them if they had anything for the next day and they said they just checked my location, which is in DORAL saying they don't service that area unless it's a full day. She gave me a price of 7 hours including trip fee. This place is a JOKE . If you advertise Miami then that's what it should be. This place says they don't service my area but on Yelp they map a whole bunch of cities including mine! Trying to milk the cow and jack up pricing read more

EcOrganiClean - Home Cleaning Near Me

I called EcOrganiClean because my regular cleaning service company would not answer the phone. Based on the number of reviews, I gave the company a call and I was pleasantly surprised. The pricing was competitive and the team arrived On Time which was really impressive... The service was professional, well done and will consider calling them again. read more

Does not get any better than this. You have a team of two people who work together but independently, meaning the work will get done twice as fast and CORRECTLY, let me repeat that CORRECTLY . They took a closet had pile of clothes at 4.5f feet high from the floor. The put what they could on available hangers and the rest was neatly folded. They have this vacuum which I asked if required a license. This vacuum has shoulder straps and waist band. This team does not play games. They bring their own supplies and all the cleaning solutions are organic. Which is great if you have pets. I highly recommend them. I know it will not be the last time I will see the Dynamic Duo !!!! read more

I got referred by my friend, who has used the service for already one year.I finally decided to try it out for myself.EcOrganiClean did an amazing job for my house.I was not expecting that they can do such a difference only with organic supplies, because before I have always used bleach and other heavy chemicals to clean up my bathroom. The smell of their supplies is unique and pleasant as well. I will definitely use them on a regular basis. I also love the fact that the company is bonded and insured so that way I feel comfortable to give keys for my house, while I am not there. read more

I would 100% NOT recommend this. If you want pretend cleaning they're perfect though. I wanted an empty studio cleaned (less than 600 SF), so no moving of furniture, clothing, anything at all. Pretty simple request, but the apartment did need a deep clean because it had clearly been empty for a few months. I called beforehand to confirm the price I found a Groupon, and they asked me not to buy the Groupon. I needed express service so they should they couldn't honor the Groupon pricing and needed to charge me an extra fuel fee. The cost ended up being $85 for 1 hour of cleaning with two people, which would have been fine if they had done a good job. I let them know by phone what things needed cleaning and made sure they were ok with that. They start cleaning my apartment and I'm not seeing either person use any elbow grease. I point out specific things to clean that are especially grimy like the bathtub or bathroom mold or windows. Instead they are focusing on basically clean areas like the cabinets and lightly wiping. They tell me they can't clean the tub or mold or scrub out window corners because 1) that would take more time and cost me more 2) they aren't superhuman and can't do any more than I can by myself. Why would I pay someone to do something I can do myself? Annoyed, I told them I would show them things like that windows, for example, can be cleaned and I literally got cleaning fluid and cleaned my own windows to demonstrate. In essence I was paying them while I did the elbow grease cleaning. I'm also not sure they can claim they are organic just because they use Method cleaning products. I ended up hiring another cleaning lady who charged less and did 100% of a better job without complaining while she did it. read more

These guys are awesome! We've had them clean our place for almost two years and couldn't be happier - punctual, professional, efficient and always friendly. Highly recommended! read more

I really enjoyed the ECOrganiClean cleaning service. They are very reliable and hardworking people. They work very fast comparing to other services I have used, and made my condo look spotless. My refrigerator was cleaned so fast, and took them like 30 minutes, before I used to get charged for 1.5 hours' worth of labor. Very Happy. Will be using them frequently. Thank you read more

EcOrganiClean is an excellent, top service that is very efficient and professional. They are very customer oriented and get the job done! Daniela and Borris make a terrific duo, and are always a pleasure to have around. Expect a smile from both! Not only are their materials all organic, but scheduling and the service is absolutely seamless. I will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend, Daniela and Borris will not disappoint. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I could't skip these kind people. They did a deep cleaning and even organizing of my 2000sqft town home after painting and light construction. I needed service asap so they took care of me after hours. The rate was a bit higher, but it worth each penny. I left them for 5hrs in my home during I went to my old house. After I came back - my eyes couldnt believe the big changes in my new, organized and sparkling home. They did from top to bottom - even the ventilation system inside out from dust. I feel blessed I found them, and I am happy to refer them to all of my friends and family who deserve the best. They clean my home biweekly now, including even laundry and light organizing for which I never have time to deal with. Thank you so much for being with me - you are best service I ever got ! read more

I hired EcOrganiClean to do a full house cleaning on my new construction home which gets pretty dusty. They came in and did a fantastic and professional job with organic supplies. The house was sparkly clean and free from dust. When all was said and done, I booked them for monthly service. Professional, friendly and affordable. FIVE STARS!!! read more

I purchased a Deep Clean for 4hrs. They gave me 2hrs with 2people. They did a good job. However, I expected a deeper clean including the inside of the refrigerator, tops of cabinets, top of the fridge and ceiling fan blades. The deep clean also included the baseboards that weren't done either. All these things were listed in their deep clean but I think what I got was more of a basic clean. I understand that time was an issue and it was hard to accomplish with just 2 hours. That is why I purchased 4 hrs. Now, for what they did, it was great! They were very nice and very fast. I was charged $180 for 2 hours for a deep clean and I gave them $200. I feel like it was overpriced for what I received but they told me it had to do with my location being too far for them (West Miami). My 2/1 house was organized and neat. They just needed to clean. They were very punctual and easy to work with. They confirmed my appointment the day before and texted me when they were on their way. The moment they got there, they greeted me with smiles and they went to work immediately. I felt they were very trustworthy. Their use of organic products was great and left the best smell behind that lasted days. Overall, I would hire again for a basic clean if I can get a better price because I liked how they worked. I recommend them. read more

They did a great job. I used them as part of a discounted first service ( Groupon). I would keep using them but they quoted me $80 for bi-weekly cleaning for a 400 sq ft Studio apartment which is higher than other companies for bi-weekly. I'd use and recommend them but in a pinch. Not as regular. read more

What a dynamic duo! Very responsive, friendly, and professional. High quality service and very reliable. They were able to take on some last minute appointments and my place is fresh and clean! I would highly recommend them and I will hopefully be making this a bi-weekly cleaning. Thanks so much DnB! read more

Outstanding people... friendly and kind with efficiency... no complaints... they were here on time and did a good teamwork which saved me the time overall. Brought their own products so now my home looks clean again read more

So happy with them! We have a baby on the way (as in the next week or so) and we really needed our place deeply cleaned and organized. We purchased a 3 hour service and could not be happier. They were punctual, friendly and got straight to work. Our bathrooms were a nightmare because I really hadn't been able to get to them the last few weeks of this pregnancy. Everything was dusted, wiped down and left spotless. Exactly 3 hours later the place was spotless. The best part is the cleaners they used were mild so our place smells fresh but not bleachy. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely use again. read more

Let's start with time. They were on time and kept texting updates from the time they were on their way to the time they got to my house. That allowed me to be prepared. In and out in 2 hours with the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and large living room cleaned. The products they use don't leave a smell, you just feel that the place is clean. Organized the closet and bedroom and even made suggestions! They take special organization and cleaning requests as well. Will definitely be using them again. read more

WOW! What a five-star experience! Booked my session in just a couple quick messages. Came home after the cleaning and my apartment felt like new! The detail and thoroughness of their cleaning is top-notch and their rates are fantastic. Shower, inside refrigerator/freezer, windows, floor, and everything in between is spotless clean. I've already scheduled future appointments. Highly recommended! read more

This service is great! I called at the very last minute to have a house cleaning. EcOrganiClean got back to me within minutes of my inquiry and were able to come the same day. The first thing I noticed is how extremely pleasant and nice they were. I had told them over the phone that I wanted my floors specifically to be cleaned for cat hair, and before I even said anything they made sure to double check with me that the cat hair was still my priority. They worked from start to finish of the 2 hours I had booked them for. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my home! I will be calling back. read more

I am a messy person. I've used countless cleaning companies yet NO ONE cleans better than them. They don't judge me, and they are hardworking and they always have positive attitudes. Great pricing, very courteous and professional people. They get everything done in a timely manner. I really loved the scent of natural supplies they use, I have 3 cats and I believed they agreed with me. This is my first time getting professional cleaners. I researched many different cleaners on Yelp and chose this team based on their amazing reviews and the fact that they use organic products. As others have said, they responded immediately to my voicemail message with efficient text communication and they showed up exactly when expected. I had high expectations based on the Yelp reviews and after they finished their 3 hour deep-clean service today I can say that my expectations were definitely met! They worked very fast and did more than I thought they would have time to do in 3 hours. My apartment feels very fresh and smells great! Both were super friendly and worked with a great attitude! Dynamic duo indeed! The two energetic young pros from EcOrganiClean showed up on time, with smiles, and went straight to work. They organized my closet, cleaned the refrigerator, scrubbed, polished, did the laundry, cleaned the fan blades, communicated well, worked smart and fast, kept to the schedule, used good products. They left the house smelling naturally good, not like a chemical dump. Great job! Great vibes. Highly recommended. read more
