Tatiana is awesome! The work she did for my husband and I was amazing. She assisted us designing our closets based on our needs and found a solution for my multiple shoe collection. She worked with the container store to place our order and made sure our installation got delivered on time. She showed up the day of the installation to review and confirm the installation was completed per her requirements. She made sure everything was organized to our needs and made suggestion and changes during our session. Tatiana went above and beyond to assist us, after reviewing the installation; she felt it needed additional support. She called the container, told them what was wrong and what we needed. Tatiana was a lifesaver! My closet built ins had collapsed after 15 years of use as a home office and a guest room. I had never seen anything like it! I already knew I wanted to replace the old built ins with an Elfa closet which would be much sturdier and asked the Container Store to refer me to one of their professional organizers.
