Nic came to my home and completely transformed the space. Everything was thoughtfully organized in, decluttered, and arranged in a way that actually makes sense for how we use the garage. What was once chaotic and stressful is now clean, functional, easy to navigate, and so much more enjoyable to use. I can actually find what I need, everything has a place, and the entire garage feels bigger! Nic was professional, efficient, incredibly organized, and wonderful to work with. The attention to detail and ability to turn an overwhelming space into something practical and manageable was truly impressive. If you have a garage--or any space in your home--that has gotten out of control, I highly recommend Neat With Nic. The transformation exceeded my expectations, and I only wish I had done it sooner. After my dad died two years ago, I spiraled into a deep depression. My organizational skills were never great to begin with, but my small condo was turning into an episode of Hoarders and I had no idea where to start. I felt like I was drowning. Enter Actually Organized. Wendy and Wendy came and conquered. I can't believe how fast they move. As someone with ADHD and executive dysfunction, I am amazed by their abilities. I have learned so much about the organization process just by watching them in action. Most importantly, they were kind, patient, and non-judgmental in a situation when I was feeling immense shame and grief. I cannot recommend Actually Organized enough and can't wait to have them back to conquer my kitchen. I am so embarrassed to share a "before" pic, but I want you all to see how incredible their talents are. And this is just a FRACTION of what they did. I finally feel like I can breath again. Ok, I'm gonna get back to weeping now.

I can't say enough about Patrick and 305 Closets! As the dates of World Cup were creeping up upon…read moreus, our family decided to move out of our downtown condo to open an Airbnb business. As part of that process, we learned that certain areas of our home needed to be shut-off from the guests (from a locked storage cabinet in the bathroom to keep shampoo, 200 mini soap bars, etc. -- to our home's main storage closet with our luggage stored and other items). Originally, we began calling door companies to get customized doors which would lock. As we began to investigate, we came across 305 Closets among the listed door companies. Odd, but -- hey -- okay! It was a simple and short phone call. Next, Patrick came out quickly, drew up his ideas, and said that all of the storage regions could be linked together via one (1) key so we wouldn't have to track multiple keys!!! "LOVE it!!!" was the reaction. The work was completed promptly and we couldn't be happier. Glossy, long, elegant doors with chunky silver handles. A NEW storage closet that was built from floor-to-ceiling, and more. All of this from scratch!! And, all of this was done via a few sketches from the owner, Patrick. His work is absolutely excellent. He isn't 305 Closets, okay?!? He is a creative artist who can provide a terrific "design vision" for your home. He created ultimate beauty for us -- only increasing the value of our home. Thanks to Patrick, 305 Closets!!! So thrilled with all of the projects. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Within a day of receiving our call, Patrick came over and sketched out our 2 master closets, a custom bathroom vanity with hidden hamper, and laundry room shelving. He literally came over 2 days before Christmas. By New Years Eve, I had 2 closets and a laundry room. We were thrilled with the product and told Patrick that as we began to expand our home, we would reach out to him in the future. Fast forward to 2019, we called Patrick when it was time to do the nursery for our baby girl. She needed a fabulous closet too! Patrick came over and worked with us and our very strange shaped closet. Unlike other places, like the Container Store that could not adapt to the space we needed, Patrick really made the most practical use of the space for the closet. He also helped us have some extra storage space by building us some shelving for our home office. We did have to wait longer this time to get the work done, but we were very pleased with the finished product and his price. We have recommended Patrick to our friends and will continue to use his services in the future.

To be…read morea well oiled machine is one thing, but Miami Organizers have such a strong team of people that they are a well oiled machine who are a joy to work with. They want to be there, and they are passionate about helping you get the most out of your life by maximizing your space. The difference was LIFE CHANGING. My home feels like a home now, and it is so much easier to go through life when I know where everything is. I was nervous about letting people go through my stuff, but they really treated each and every one of my belongings with so much respect. The 1-800 Junk guy who came to pick up the trash even remarked on how nicely it had been set out. They treat literal garbage with so much care that an unrelated working professional commented on it. That's fucking wild. It doesn't just look pretty, they deeply think about functionality. What do you use the most? What would be a good way to access it, and what could change with your current layout so that your home is more intuitive? They teach you how to uphold what they're implementing if you're a organizational novice (aka me). My boyfriend is super organized already, so they helped him with interior designing his layout, finding genius storage solutions, and sorting through what he wanted to keep. They do it all (including assembling an old desk), and I am eternally grateful for the services they provided. I posted this on their google reviews as well, because honestly a few glowing reviews still don't feel like enough to display how thankful I am for the gift they have given me. They changed my life.

When Kathy came to our home to measure everything for our pantry, she also took a look at our cabinets and drawers. She told us how much more space we could have once we were organized and she was right! We now have an extra drawer and an extra cabinet because of how much space she created with her organization. In just one day, she was able to reorganize our entire kitchen, creating such easy access for everything. We could never find which spices we were looking for, now we can see every single one. We couldn't ever find kitchen utensils we were looking for because they were all jumbled in a drawer. Now, every single food item, kitchen utensil, etc has a home where I can easily find what I'm looking for. We also no longer have a junk drawer because she organized that for us and put everything in organized pouches for us. I highly recommend working with them. Cannot recommend enough!
