They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. My husband and I were blown away by his kindness and professionalism. He truly takes great pride in the work he does. Thank you so much, Roger & Team. DO NOT RECOMMEND CLOSET FACTORY. POOR QUALITY OF MATERIALS…read more IKEA IS BETTER TO HAVE AN IDEA. THERE IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Total for a small closet $9,114. The first time that I called, I think JULY, 1st a lady told me that I had two options to set an appointment with a designer: 1) waiting almost two months to have the designer in person in my house and to take the measurements. 2) To have the appointment on video call sooner and I take the measurements myself. I chose to have the appointment by video call. I spoked with the designer Martha on JULY, 13th and I told her exactly what I wanted with details. SEPTEMBER, 28th was the date that she found available for the installation. I was very optimistic thinking that maybe there was a free spot to do it early, but this never happened. Even though I know that one of their customers free one spot. I gave a check of $4,549.50 and signed a contract to begin the process. I had an add-on of $125 (which is irrelevant for the total amount that I paid) and the designer told me that if I don't pay, basically the company don't move forward. I didn't understand why they couldn't add that amount to the final bill. I had a few questions and I sent them to the designer on whatsapp and also by email. I never received an answer, unless I called her. Also, I needed to call several times to try to reach her. And every time that I called, her answer was: "who is this?". I assumed that this company have a big list of clients that they can't identify who is who. I went to the Store a couple of times to check the material, to see if by any chance they could move my date and also to know the designer in person. Finally, one day I met her in person because I went to the showroom and I felt like, I was a "whatever customer bothering her". The designer sent me an email with the closet created on the computer. We did basic and not relevant changes. Basically, I designed my own closet and I took the first measurements. The second measurements were taken the a guy who came almost a month after. The NIGHT BEFORE to the installation I received a TEXT MESSAGE, saying that they were not able to come for the 28th because there is a hurricane. Miami didn't have a hurricane on those days, it was Ft Myers the one who had the hurricane. People was working and doing their normal routine. They told me that will let me know when they find a spot available. MAYBE could be for a week after. Martha told me as a good seller, that is out of her hands. This was a policy of the company. After they put my nerves up, they found a spot for two days after. The closet was installed. The quality is terrible, it's not durable. The boards came up VERY DIRTY and they left them dirty. I took hours to clean the whole closet after done. The glasses door came up with a disgusting film of dirt. The wholes where you the hooks to support the shelf are missing and in different position. See the photo. The boards had many chips and scratches. The scratches don't come out with alcohol or acetone as they told me. The prices for color-wood are very high, so I picked white color. Still it's expensive. I will never do another job with this company. I don't recommend Closet Factory located on US-1 (1536 S Dixie Hwy).
