Hand prints from installation, glue from stickers, oils, smears, etc. Their caulking work can also be messy. I called Florida Window Wash to help me clean my expensive new windows right the first time. Freddy helped me with this project. He was very responsive, offered a fair and transparent price, and explained his exact process and the products he uses. He detailed all the caulking around the impact windows (making it perfectly straight around the trim) and also removed excess silicone gunk that came on the windows from the manufacturer. The work was top notch and extremely detailed, and it took him most of the day (given the amount of detail that went into his work).
