Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to pressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended. read more

I found All General Painting Services (GPS) on Yelp and read all the great reviews and decided to request an estimate to paint my condominium in Miami. Although I received several lower estimates, I felt that GPS would do a great job. Boy, was I right! They inspected twice and matched another estimate and they started the work. Their crew came on time every day, brought their own paint and equipment, patched holes, cleaned up everything and the paint work was amazingly great! All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! Excellent work. Reliable and professional company. They have done several projects at my home, and not one complaint.

I hired all general painting services after my neighbor used them for the painting of their home. After my initial contacting, I was assigned Alberto and accommodated to date and time of my choice. Alberto was on time and very professional. He took his time explaining his work ethic and exact process of painting my home. We also mentioned soft cleaning the roof and sealing my new pavers which he also does. He listened to all of our requests and details of protecting our new pavers and quartzite stone. After giving us a faire quote, we decided to proceed with all 3 jobs. They started with cleaning of the roof and the walls, painting of the house, and then sealing of the pavers in matte finish. Alberto was very responsive, punctual, and kept us informed every step of the way. Even with little details that needed to be fixed, Alberto answered and came on a Sunday to take note. He has done several homes in our area and we are extremely happy with the outcome of our home. It feels like a brand new house. Definitely recommend Alberto and all general painting! Thank you again. read more

All General Painting Service - Great Painting Job!!! - Painters Near Me - Miami, Florida

I can only give it five stars, from start to finish. They responded to all my questions, quickly; they sent me the estimate later the same day, that just impressed me; Leo who responded to walk around and look at the house explained everything and if I didn't understand something clarified it, he also asked me about certain features if I wanted it painted or not, such as the brick chimney/porch) those details one at times doesn't think about until its too late, truly appreciated that (Semper Fi). They clarified the payment process and understood when the project could be started, they contacted me to schedule me ahead of time, about a week and a half ahead) just to make sure my house got painted when I was available, again very impressive. The painters arrived on time very cordial very professional and didn't stop and those guys were here some days pretty late, and an added plus they were dog friendly...love that, made it easier on me to take out my dogs though I would be out with them as well. That responsibility is on me. They prepped, primed, patched and painted rain or shine, literally, I think they deserve a bonus. They picked up the garbage and caught very little things that were overlooked but nothing major nothing that couldn't have been done before the painting started. I appreciated that bc most would just ignore it and f*** it, its too late to do it, but not those guys. Thank you! The experience was smooth, very very smooth. No obstacles, no hiccups, just perfect. I got exactly what I wanted, EXACTLY how I imagined it, actually even better to be honest. I LOOOVVVVEEEE coming home, driving up and walk up-to my house, because thats what I wanted. I wanted to smile and feel joy to see my house look beautiful. I wanted that feeling of joy, to smile every time I looked at it bc thats what I work for, to be able to invest in my house and get joy out of it. And thanks too Alberto and Leo, the painters (sorry didn't get their names but still give them a bonus) and All General Painting, I got that. I LOOOVVVVEEEEE my home. I love it! Thank you so much for making my dream come true and actually better!!!! Aside from painting they do have other services which I will definitely continue to look forward to in order to maintain my house looking beautiful. read more

All General is a company built on hard work and integrity. Alberto came out today in the heat to give me an estimate. He was professional and friendly. My experience with this company was excellent. They are professional, dependable and responsive. I contracted them to remove the popcorn ceiling in my house, skim the ceiling and paint it. The results were beyond my expectation. They worked through the weekend to get it done and the results were beautiful. I received various quotes for this type of work and theirs was the fairest, all in, with a warranty. I would hire them again and recommend them. Thank you Alberto, Leo, and the rest of your crew. read more

I found All General Painting on a Google search. I thought the reviews were good but then again they could be friends. I was soooo wrong. Alberto and Leo and their entire crew were great. They painted my mom's home, 2 story, along with her concrete wall and it was beautiful. They called me on days that they couldn't work because of weather. It was a 2 week project and they still completed on time. I was so impressed that I asked them to paint my own home. Met with Leo, had the estimate that evening and the started the following Monday. I went out of town on Tuesday and when I returned, I was so pleased. The next day they were finishing up on the trim and I nit picked about some spots. Not a problem, the professional and courteous workers fixed everything. I'm going to contact them now to see if they can do some drywall repair and interior painting. Christina read more

From beginning to end Alberto and his crew were very professional. He was always punctual(rare in Miami :) He sent a quote to sign digitally with all his insurance and license attached so everything was in order. His price was perfect and included all materials, he said he would provide samples everything included. First they pressure washed the entire house and even my patio floor that was dirty, then proceeded to patch and prepare the surfaces and after that primer, 2 hands of paint and even my exterior door. He returned to check on the job and he insisted on every detail so we would be completely satisfied. All that in only 2 days work, I was really amazed. I recommend them highly and tou wont be disappointed. Check my photos of the before and after! read more

Alberto and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of my house. They were always on time, did very detailed work, asked me questions about little details before doing the work, and responded well to any concerns I had. They finished the job on time, even with a rainy week. Alberto's communication was great! He always responded to my text or calls. I asked for a few extra things like removing the old exterior lights before painting and it was done with no issues. They also did a great job cleaning up junk on the walls from hurricane shutters that were recently removed. It was an overall great experience, which is rare nowadays with contractors. read more

If you've come this far, rest assured you're in the right place. I cannot say enough good things about the team but I'll go through the reasons I would rehire and you should go ahead and get started. First and foremost they were polite, respected our time, and followed through with appointments and timing. Like many others we were in the middle of multiple projects at one time. They made this aspect of the work something I didn't have to worry about, which was huge because it seems like a lot of GCs and businesses are run by complete morons. Second, the price was right. We had quotes from a few painters. What it is will be between you and your choice of painter but they came in SIGNIFICANTLY lower than most others. One business, who would've already been onsite for another project, wanted DOUBLE what it cost us, and wanted us to purchase and pick up our own paint! FOH! Finally, the follow though. We got a good lesson in timing for and commitments from other contractors which pushed my painting (final project) back multiple times over the course of 6 months. Our estimate was extended and honored and they wouldn't even take a deposit as I offered for a showing of good faith. Color selection was done with the owner and the painters did a fantastic job. A couple knocks on the door during the day as they asked about specifics during the painting that I had never thought of (not up selling, questions about preference). From prep to cleanup everything was perfect. These guys really do well and care. Now my home looks complete and I couldn't be happier. I'm actually looking forward to a repaint and color change in a couple of years. Never would I have considered that a possibility but the price is right and the work impeccable. I'll be keeping my castle fresh. read more

All General Painting Service was one of the first responders to my inquiry for an interior paint project. After scheduling a time to come see the home, Alberto told me that he would send an estimate for the job, however I haven't heard back from him or anyone from his company since the day he came over. It was a bit odd, as he spend quite a while measuring each of the rooms, however not a peep from them so they might be super busy. read more

I am overly impressed by my recent experience with Leo and Team at All General Painting. I contacted company through Yelp, had an immediate response, ask a question and received another immediate answer. Work was scheduled for following week and completed to my satisfaction in just 3 days. I did not know them before but I would hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends. I requested a quote and was given an appointment today at 4:00pm. 52 minutes later the company had no shown up or responded to multiple request for their estimated arrival time. no one ever had the curtesy to inform that they were running late or that they cannot make it and need to reschedule. Stay away from this company. If they are this bad for a simple quote it hard not to question the quality of work. Clearly their customer service skills require much attention. I gave it a one star because I could not give it a zero star for the review. read more

Mr. Lima assured me that customer satisfaction was of most importance to him and his business. In fact, his last text to me, after completing painting the exterior of my house, was to contact him with any problems; that they would be available 24/7. A month later, I noticed a paint crack In a small area of a wall of my front porch. I contacted Mr. Lima who assured me they would come out and fix it... That was almost 2 months ago. At first I got a series of weekly excuses as to why they had not come by as promised -- bad weather, crew forgot, tied up on another job, he was out of town; finally no response at all. I truly regret having done business with a company that offers a 5 year guarantee but won't respond a month later. read more

I recently used their service to paint the exterior of my home. When i get my initial quote, they promised they will use Sherwin williams -super paint and when i asked to reduce the price and give some discount , they requested to sign the contract and agreed for the discount price. While purchasing the paint they bought A100 paint instead of super paint , when i questioned them, they mentioned since we gave you discount we cant go with super paint. I have to agree for original price and sign new contract. They did a good job painting the house. Issue is they lost our trust. read more
