Their service is extremely responsive, communicative, and friendly. Truly so great to work with. They know all the details and are very forthcoming with information. Their online booking system is amazing and allows you to ask for extras like outdoor window cleaning and laundry. I love how they provide these options as extras and are very transparent in their pricing. Regarding pricing, they are a bit more than other local services, but this is an instance of "getting what you pay for." They use disposable cleaning brushes and towels which is great during COVID times so you're also paying for this extra layer of caution. The actual service team member came on time and did a great job! Her cleaning supplies were exactly as described, and I was happy with her work and level of detail on our tile floor apartment with balcony and deep cleaning of kitchen. We haven't tested them with laundry/carpet/fabric cleaning so I can't speak on those. Would definitely recommend!

The cleaner did a great job-- my refrigerator and glass sliding doors were cleaned beautifully, and the apartment looked very good overall. Gabriela called ahead of time to get details of the job at hand. She was here very punctually at 9am on the dot and worked methodically, paying attention to every detail. Gabriela does not miss a thing and everything was sparkling clean! The job turned out to be bigger than I thought, but she was very professional, had positive sunny attitude even when we discovered dog poop smeared on a wall (this tenant was an absolute sociopath), very fast, and most important, thorough. Gabriela even pointed out a few things around the house that I, as a new home owner, would have missed -- a small mold patch, a slow drip in the fridge, the proper way to pour drano -- service that went above and beyond what I expected. I am new to Miami and honestly chose Cleany at random off of Yelp, but I'm thankful I did. I am sleeping at ease knowing my condo is clean now and all thanks to Gabriela and Cleany! Thank you!

Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to…read morepressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended.

All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! This review is for the branch of MaidPro that services Coral Gables and South Miami, with office…read morelocated on W Flagler St I used MaidPro for quite a while, purely out of convenience and lack of time to find another company. At nearly $400 per monthly service, the charge was steep, but cleaners did a decent job, and since they would send 2 pro's the job got done fairly quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever about the cleaners. That's the good. Here's the bad- you're hiring someone to make your life easier, and the admins of this company definitely don't do that. They send you the cleaning schedule ONCE for the rest of the year. After that, they will send a "reminder" of the clean the day prior. If you forgot or are traveling and aren't able to keep up that appointment, you are charged for the entire job for canceling within the 5 day cancelation period (they claim that it is a 48 hour cancellation policy, but Monday jobs need to be canceled by Wednesday). The tacky part is that they will contact you every other month the day before your appointment asking to reschedule because they don't have adequate staffing (see attached pics). Of course, if YOU need to reschedule and even give them weeks of advance notice, they will have very few dates available for you to switch. If you're looking to make your life easier, this isn't the company to use.
