He takes time to paint the surfaces properly and can even out surfaces if required due to moisture, and uses only the highest quality paint. For the 2-bedroom job, it was tricky because the prior owner left wallpaper and glue residue on the walls which needed to be carefully removed. Despite this obstacle, Joe handled the difficult task with expert perfection as one cannot even tell the wallpaper was there. Also, he even added in baseboard work and installed new ones where the old ones looked damaged. Joe arrives promptly and charges a reasonable price for the amount of work performed. He also finishes the job within his estimated time frame unless there are extenuating circumstances. Overall, I highly recommend him, which is why I am a repeat customer.

The owner met with me the day before to aussage my concerns about what I needed to move or not move , to accommodate the process . They checked in with me via text throughout each day and sent video at the end of each session to communicate on the progress! They finished my 2BR condo in less than 3 days! It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business.
