We wanted to have our whole house stuccoed as well as having termite and water damaged wood replaced and having the area stuccoed to remove future exposure to the elements and pests. His crew Darrel, Terry, and Pat are also truly hard workers and very personable, working cleanly and professionally. Everyday they would make sure the area was tidy picking up trash/debris from the work and going above and beyond when pressure washing. They even cleaned the walkways which was an unexpected benefit and perk to choosing a quality team that truly cares about what they do. The job ended up being a lot more intensive in the aspect of wood replacement and Steve assured us he would do quality work and not leave us hanging with constant price fluctuations. He stuck to his word and showed us the work as it was done reassuring us all the bad wood and live termites, that we had no idea were there, were gone now. I highly recommend Steve, and will be calling him back for any work as he is a craftsman for over 28 years and has a wealth of experience from building houses from the ground up. Allan and Loren

I called James Agnew, the owner of Stucco Designs to complete the wood repair on my home…read more I struggled for months trying to find a reputable company and after I was referred by my friend billy who also had Mr. Agnew repair his hollywood home I was happy to finally have the work started and near completion. The wood work is considered a repair and didn't need any permits from the city which also was a relief. James gave me an affordable estimate on the work that needed to be done and got started immediately. It took a week but the work is nearly finished, the only thing that is holding it up is the Lolly columns that will hold the deck up. I guess you would call those support columns. James and Scott who is a contractor, worked vigorously on repairing my wood damage that was causing a sag on an upper deck. Each day I would go and check on the progress and was pleased at the way they reconstructed the rotten wood that had damaged the deck. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of structural repairs as well as any modifications or even to install lighting or ceiling fans as well as plumbing problems. Mr. Agnew is a true professional and takes pride in his work and I am so glad to have chosen him to repair my wood deck. If you choose Mr. Agnew to do any work at your home please let him know that you read my review and that I referred him. A job well done and I am truly a satisfied customer

Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to…read morepressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended.

All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! This SGD project was Planned to take 4 months! Saul stayed in touch with me weekly and did not "Run" with my 50% Deposit! I was extremely Grateful for his communication. Two months later, I chose to Cancel My Impact SGD with PRESTO Windows due to the many Permitting Errors made by Owner, Kyle Presto. After I made that decision, I called Saul to Start Immediately and HE DID! He Rearranged His Schedule and Fit me in immediately! He cleaned my Balcony and Railing Post Pockets. He filled in the Post Pockets with Hydraulic Cement, Waterproofed My Balcony with Tremco Vulkem 350NF R; Saul applied TWO coats. I PASSED the Waterproofing INSPECTION with the INSPECTOR, Stanly Nathan, saying, "It Looks Beautiful." This waterproofing Process took two weeks as It Rained three days in a row in the afternoon and the Hydraulic Cement needed to be 100% dry before the Vulkem 350NF R could be applied. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL that SAUL was HONEST, and didn't Run with my 50% Deposit after I postponed His start date! He was in constant communication with me, and always answered the phone!
