His crew Darrel, Terry, and Pat are also truly hard workers and very personable, working cleanly and professionally. Everyday they would make sure the area was tidy picking up trash/debris from the work and going above and beyond when pressure washing. They even cleaned the walkways which was an unexpected benefit and perk to choosing a quality team that truly cares about what they do. The job ended up being a lot more intensive in the aspect of wood replacement and Steve assured us he would do quality work and not leave us hanging with constant price fluctuations. He stuck to his word and showed us the work as it was done reassuring us all the bad wood and live termites, that we had no idea were there, were gone now. I called James Agnew, the owner of Stucco Designs to complete the wood repair on my home…read more I struggled for months trying to find a reputable company and after I was referred by my friend billy who also had Mr. Agnew repair his hollywood home I was happy to finally have the work started and near completion. The wood work is considered a repair and didn't need any permits from the city which also was a relief. James gave me an affordable estimate on the work that needed to be done and got started immediately. It took a week but the work is nearly finished, the only thing that is holding it up is the Lolly columns that will hold the deck up. I guess you would call those support columns. James and Scott who is a contractor, worked vigorously on repairing my wood damage that was causing a sag on an upper deck. Each day I would go and check on the progress and was pleased at the way they reconstructed the rotten wood that had damaged the deck. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of structural repairs as well as any modifications or even to install lighting or ceiling fans as well as plumbing problems. Two months later, I chose to Cancel My Impact SGD with PRESTO Windows due to the many Permitting Errors made by Owner, Kyle Presto. After I made that decision, I called Saul to Start Immediately and HE DID! He Rearranged His Schedule and Fit me in immediately! He cleaned my Balcony and Railing Post Pockets. He filled in the Post Pockets with Hydraulic Cement, Waterproofed My Balcony with Tremco Vulkem 350NF R; Saul applied TWO coats. I PASSED the Waterproofing INSPECTION with the INSPECTOR, Stanly Nathan, saying, "It Looks Beautiful."
