Hello everyone! Well truthfully I never like to leave this type of review and I want to say that…read moremy rating has nothing to do with quality of work as I did not really have the opportunity to use their services. This vendor seems to have excellent reviews and they probably do excellent work. My review is 100% related to communication and engagement when reaching out for a quote for services. Without getting in to the details, I reached out to them, provided pictures informed them of the work I needed done (which was not a lot by the way) and was told they would get back to me. Full disclosure they did tell me they had to check their schedule as they had quite a bit of work that week. I told them it would be fine as I was in no rush. Trying to be fair and transparent here. Well they never did and I reached out a second time to see what was going on with no response. Only thing I can think is that my job was so small, it was of no interest to them so they never got back to me. Really not an issue if that is the case (I understand) but I would have appreciated them telling me that was the case if they were busy with other projects and did not have time to assist me. So I suspect they can get the job done based on other reviews (which is why I reached out) but it may take a little elbow grease on your part to actually get a quote from them if you have a very small job. Wishing everyone a great day and an even better weekend!

Initially, we were going to go the TAKL route but it was tough to price with a single provider on the app. Having had previous success with Yelp, we decided to use that to search for handyman services. We saw several with mixed reviews then saw Al's with 5-stars. I was hesitant at first given there were only six reviews at the time. However, after reading each one, and realizing that Al was a hands-on business owner, we decided it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. Al responded to the request very quickly and showed up on time. After I showed him all the work that needed to be done, I asked whether he happened to know how to program a garage door keypad. Without any hesitation, he read the instructions on the keypad, flipped the garage light assembly where the switch to program was and helped me figure it out. Turns out the battery on the keypad just needed to be replaced. He even left me a little screw driver so I could open the battery compartment once I got the 9v battery I needed. He did all this "gratis"! While I had originally planned to get more quotes, this small act of kindness demonstrated Al's commitment to customer service, which is unfortunately rare to find these days. Additionally, I told Al that we neither had the tools nor supplies needed to do all the hanging and installation work and he said he would take care of getting them. As such, we decided to move forward and scheduled him for the work. As expected, Al showed up on time yesterday, got the job done quickly and well. He accepts payment via Zelle which was a big plus. My sister was quite pleased with his work and has asked Al for another quote do screen replacement for her back patio. So here's the short version of my review. If you need work done around your house, call Al -- you will definitely be happy you did. Glad we found you Al! If I or my family and friends ever need work done, we now have someone we can trust will get it done fast and done well! Thanks!!!

These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house. The big problem now is that we are arguing over the space (I want a sewing room, the kids want a desk and my husband has other plans :) Keywords: cabinets, counter, granite, marble, clean, granite cutting, diamond blade, stone, cabinet repositioning, adjusting their height, level, decorative molding, gaps between surfaces, countertop, trim, wood, metal, metallic, laminate, sealing, sealant, granite countertops, professional, efficient, innovative, collaborative, detail-oriented, zelle.
