I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Glenn: he is super knowledgeable about surfaces, materials, chemicals, and all things floors and he took the time to advise/explain the best way to grout clean my ceramic tiled floors. He is professional and takes pride in his work and managed to bring back the original color of the tiles. My floors look so good, I'm honestly hesitant to walk on them! Glenn gives results! The tile/grout in our home had not been cleaned in at least 30 years. We shopped around for quotes and settled on Glenn's for his professionalism and reviews. He left our home like we've never seen it before, using every tool in his arsenal to leave it as perfect as possible. Taking absolutely no shortcuts whatsoever, he delivered, and we would love to have him service other parts of our home that need some TLC. Thanks again guys. read more

Glenn is AMAZING at what he does. He perseveres until he gets the job done. He took care of our 20 year old floor and made it look as good as possible. He made the grout look brand NEW. He cleaned the shower floor so well! He cares about what he does and honestly, whatever he says the job will cot, it is worth every single penny. He is extremely punctual and communicative. I had Mr. Larssen come to my new condo to clean the tiles/grout because it was not done after the last tenant. The grout was really black and the tiles had many surface stains and dirt imbedded in crevices. He did such a wonderful job cleaning my floors. He was professional, timely, and neat! He paid attention to details and gave extra time and attention to more exposed areas. He moved all of my furniture gently and placed it back where it was and when he was finished he cleaned the floors and all areas he occupied and emailed me a thank you and final invoice/receipt. I would highly recommend to all of my family and friends if you are in need of this type of service. Reasonable, friendly, and professional! read more

So after 8 years, my tenants moved out. I've taken the time to paint, re-do the kitchen, re-do the bathroom... but the floors. Oh my. Wife and I did our best in some parts, but we came to the conclusion that this was better left to a pro. Some googling and Yelping brought me to Hard Surface Masters, and let me just say that this was an outstanding experience. Glenn was very responsive, prompt, and courteous and did a fantastic job on a floor I'd given up for dead. Pics below are evidence. Thank you!!! read more

I contacted Glen after reading reviews for his company on Yelp. I have used his services twice. The first time was in early May. I asked him to clean the downstairs tile/grout of my newly purchased home. The floor was extremely dirty and Glen did a great job cleaning it. I hired him again to clean the downstairs tile/grout of the townhouse I am moving from. My husband and I are renting it out and we wanted to have the floors professionally cleaned before our tenants move in. Once again, Glen did not disappoint. Overall, I would definitely recommend. His prices are competitive and he's reliable and professional. For the record, the picture I'm posting does not do his work justice. read more

I wish I could give Hard Surface Masters 6 stars because of the high quality of work and how responsive they are. Super professional and easy to communicate with as we set up the appointment and even went out of their way to accommodate a very tight window for cleaning the floors before we moved into our new property. They definitely know their business and are able to clean a number of different issues off our flooring with outstanding results. The floors look like new! Highly recommend this company and we will use them again for our next floor cleaning. read more

Excellent work by Glenn. I received an immediate response to a Quote request and received immediate scheduling within a reasonable timeframe. He was prompt & on-time for the scheduled appointment. Glenn is a true & honest individual .... I thought I needed both a tile cleaning & grout sealing but after looking at the tiles & grout, Glenn said I'd be wasting money for the sealing. Because of his honesty, I saved a few dollars. He could have easily charged me for the sealing but didn't. The tile cleaning came out great considering their 30+ year age. I would easily refer Glenn .... his work is neat & clean and he's a pleasant individual. You won't be disappointed. read more

So, when you need pressure cleaning I highly recommend Glen from Hard Surface Masters. He is fair in price, not the cheapest, but, if you want it done correctly and well, choose this company. He showed up exactly when he promised, worked hard and really cared that the outcome was perfect. He did my patio, driveway, boat slip, kitchen and laundry room. He works so hard, he needs to be complimented. I am a tough sell, and he's got me sold. He will do all of our future pressure cleaning. read more

Glenn is the absolute floor whisperer! He was punctual, hard working and fixed my porcelain floors. Over two years ago, I remodeled my home and installed new tile throughout the house. Unfortunately the tile that I installed was never properly cleaned after applying the grout. For over two years we had a very thin layer of grout haze that would not come off. My wife and I would clean our tile constantly but it never seemed to be fully clean. Our tile is the "wood look style" but it's light grey in color. I called a few companies but I didn't really care for their customer service or prices. I found Hard Surface Masters online and gave them a call. Glenn was very helpful and friendly over the phone; we scheduled an appointment to see my tile the very next day. I appreciated his level of expertise, advice and competitive prices. Although he was very booked during the holiday season, he made some time and was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. The Saturday of the job, he showed up on time and was ready to go. It's been about a month now and I feel like I have brand new tile. Now when we mop the tile actually looks and feels clean. I will be calling him shortly to pressure clean my roof. I would definitely use and recommend his services again. read more
