AA&J Floor Care - Kitchen Floors after AA&J Floor Service refinished. Im in love with the shine! - Flooring Near Me - Miami, Florida

From the beginning this was one of the most easy and satisfying projects we've taken on when redoing our condo. Frederick and his team were friendly and professional and left me an absolutely stunning tile floor. I didn't really know what to expect or have any idea how much it would transform our condo! You think you can just live with dull unfinished floors because for me, I didn't know any better. I do now! We have roughly 1250 sq ft and it took his team about 3 days to finish. Well worth the money and the time to walk in and feel like your floors have a new lease on life. Thank you Frederick and team for being so friendly and honest and caring about what you do! read more

I was very lucky to be refered to Frederick. Since my first contact with him he was honest, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Frederick and his skilled team did a great job on the marble floors in our condo. They had never been polished in over 20 years and now look brand new. Arrived on time and completed the polishing as quoted which was reasonable based on our research. Would definitely uses again and highly recommend. John R read more

We have old Mexican ceramic tiles inside our apartment and outside on the balconies. Over the past 10+ years Frederick and his team have taken excellent care of our floors. They are always punctual, professional, efficient, and do a fantastic job. It is clear Frederick knows his stuff and loves what he does. I wouldn't trust our floors with anyone else. read more

Fredrick and his team did a wonderful job on my travertine back porch. He had come and evaluated that the problem was mineral stains. He warned me the outcome of the treatment was not guaranteed which I thought was very honest of him. He is a straightforward and honest individual, highly knowledgeable of his work. I decided to move forward hoping for a moderate improvement. The outcome was a significant improvement. They performed the work in a timely manner and the men cleaned up after the job was finished. I definitely recommend them. read more

BEST DECISION TO HIRE AA&J!!!! We hired Fredrick to refinish the marble on the entire main floor of our house prior to moving in. The floors were amazing, with one minor problem of staining in our kitchen...4 big brown spots. *** Please note - the stains were not the fault of AA&J but a common problem with marble floors*** Frederick asked me to trust him, and that by repeatedly poulticing the spots with hydrogen peroxide, the stains would eventually fade. He refused full payment until I was 100% satisfied with the work he and the team had down. It took a few months but the stains did fade away. Highly, highly recommend AA&J!! read more

Would absolutely recommend! Frederick was prompt, courteous, clear and concise during his initial visit. The estimate he gave initially came with no strings attached. We decided to proceed and he kept us in the loop throughout the process. A spectacular result and at a fair price point. AA&J has a new customer for life. read more

AA&J Floor Care - Just one room of many ... an "AA&J Polish" rather than the dull "Factory Polish." - Flooring Near Me - Miami, Florida

My travertine stone floors were not in very good condition--they were dirty, no sheen, and I had tried everything to make them look better. Additionally i have Spanish tile in another room and that too was not in good condition. From start to finish everything was top-notch. Frederick explained the process, product, and time frame for the job. True to his word, the work was completed in two days. I was thrilled with the results. I almost couldn't believe my eyes--the floors were absolutely beautiful! The travertine and Spanish tile looked like new. We were more than pleased with the results. I highly recommend AA & J Floor Care!!! read more

AA&J is an exceptional company. A rare business that truly cares about their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, having many years of experience working with all types of natural stone flooring. In my case, they were able to completely restore a Spanish tile kitchen floor. The finished product looked better than I've ever seen it. Frederick, the owner, takes pride in his work and treats your home like his own. The customer service is second to none and they will do everything they can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with their work. One of the best companies in Miami, hands down. read more

Frederick and his group are great. He charged a fair price and really did a nice job. By far the easiest contractor to work with that I have worked with. Took care of the hoops in the administrative office of my building, they cleaned up nicely at the end of the day, and the end result was a beautiful polish on my stone floor. read more

A very good company, my husband and I contacted them and talked about the improvements we wanted and they gave us the budget, which we thought was very good in relation to the materials that used the beautiful result, so without a doubt we will hire them again read more

After weeks of the work being completed and living with the excellent results of the care and pride every member of the team took in restoring my floors, I can say that they know their business and do it well. Matched the existing epoxy grout, honing the surface and bring the surface to the finish we wanted. Fredrick took his time and extra day to provide sample finish to assure positive acceptance by his client. We felt comfort knowing we could leave the house and all would be cared for. We were hesitant about calling a floor person to come to our home due to the previous floor company that messed up the floors and would not come back to fix. Then covid came about. We decided that we had to do something about the floors we wake up to every day. Why be unhappy with your home. So, AA&J FLOOR SERVICE, a no pressure, friendly voice of Frederick was called. Masking was always and a genuinely great pride in the work that they do has made me post this positive aaaaa review. There are not many people who have a pride in what they do as this team. read more

I found this company on Angie's List. The owner, Frederick, showed up when he said he would for both the estimate and job. He carefully explained what he could and could not do, how the job would look when finished, why he needed to do what he said he'd do and why he couldn't do any more than he told me he couldn't -- he certainly didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. He is a man of his word. The floors and walls look great! There is not a drop of debris or dust anywhere! Frederick kept his word. He did a fantastic job at a fair price -- I couldn't ask for more. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this company to anyone. read more

This is the second time I have used AA&J Floorcare and just like the first time, Frederick's guys did a stellar job. The quote was done quickly and the work was started on time as promised, and done well. The techs were very knowledgeable, clean, quiet and accommodating. Don't look any further. Frederick is fair, reliable and honest. You won't be sorry. read more

Frederick and his team gave an accurate quote, finished the job a day early and the results were outstanding. He was always on time to survey the project and met all timelines. Stand up company. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable in their field, timely. The works! I highly recommend.

Frederick is a man of his word, delivering the upmost professional work as especifically writen in his estimate & as a matter of fact beyond of the scope of work. I am a perfectionist and Frederick as well as his crew exceeded my expections. The scope of the work contracted was big, as i never done the floors for 8 years and they did it 7.5 days including sunday to meet my deadline! The best of all was that the resurface was done while I was in Indonesia (on the other side of the world). I arrive the day of completion and WOW jaw dropping surprise! I highly recommend it!!!! read more

I was making espresso in a little Italian coffee maker when it exploded all over my newly installed white tile and grout. Immediately I wiped it down, but the grout was stained; tried goggling it and nothing yield any improvements. I called Frederick of Floor Care Miami and he explained that he had a method that would either miraculously remove the stain or not work at all. Being that my kitchen was just remodeled, I was willing to try anything. Yesterday he came in and prepped the area and this morning when he uncovered it, my grout lines are perfect. I am so..... happy! I rarely write reviews unless its something exceptionally good or bad. This was definitely a must be reviewed event! Having dealt with numerous Miami contractors that over promise and under deliver, I am always surprised to find that rare gem. Unfortunately for me, this company specializes in stone floor restoration and my home is all hardwood flooring. : (( read more

Extremely pleased with this company. Thoroughly amazed on how nice. My travertine floors came out. The price was very fair, the workmen showed up promptly on time every morning. Fredrick has done many floors for us over the last 10 years. He always returns call, on time and has a very professional team working for him. We were very pleased with AA & J Floor Care. We had marble areas in our bathroom that, after 10 years, had been lightly stained and we wanted to get them cleaned. Frederick came out one day after my initial call and suggested to us how to clean it ourselves. Saving us several hundred dollars in the process. His method worked and we are very pleased. Thank you again, Frederick! read more

Frederic, Al & Henry were not only courteous and professional, but also did a fabulous job on our marble floors. It is so REFRESHING to deal with a company who shows up on time (both days) and does what they promise to do in the timeframe quoted. Frederic is a gentleman who has pride the work his employees provide, and it shows. He gave me an honest assessment of my floors and recommended a mid- level polishing that made practical sense for the area (i.e. he didn't try to up-sell me to the highest level of finish just to make more money) He checked in several times during the process to make sure all was well. Al & Henry were quiet and very mannerly and cleaned up thoroughly. I would highly recommend AA&J Floor Care if you want quality work done by an honest company. read more
