When we first contacted them with my cell on their main line, I received a text back right away from their cell and we started texting back and forth from there. I sent pics and dimensions of my walk in shower and the manager gave me a quote and time till completion shortly after. We decided to book the job and their team was readily available. On day of the job, Daniel arrived exactly on time, was very polite and extremely knowledgable of the job. He was very careful and did the job perfectly and within the quoted time. They gave us a 5 year warranty and also mentioned exactly what product to use to help maintain the shower's cleanliness and keep it damage free for a long lasting result. The original price they gave us was excellent and they stuck to it after the job was complete, we paid by Zelle without issues. After all, we are happy to have chosen this company as it saved a lot of money by painting old tiles instead of changing them which would have cost 10x the price, or thousands of dollars. The company lives up to it's 5-star status and I'd recommend them to friends, family and readers of this review.

This was the third time Reglazing my tub and the worst experience! They did not cover anything in…read morethe bathroom and dangerous chemical soot was on all the surfaces! Took several weeks to clean. Only vendor that did not cover! Reglaze was mediocre at best. Damaged drain cover and the two other chrome things in tub and cant get chemical off shower door! Caulking was poor at best. Broke sink plug and bedroom blind. At some point came in with full body hazmat covering leaving me and my cat exposed to all the chemicals. Also asked him to put the 5 year warranty on invoice, which he did not. Dont expect him to honor the warranty. Would not do business with them again!
