Today, Jose's colleague, Dennis, responded to my home and I was immediately met with a friendly face and a great attitude, and soon after Dennis got to work. Dennis cleaned each of my windows, the screens, and my two sliding glass doors. Once completed my windows and the frames looked so much better, my only regret was not contacting them prior to today! During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. It's not easy to make sure things are clean in the dark, although, looking at my windows this morning, they are (clean). I got some cheaper quotes, but I'm not sorry I paid for quality work. I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed.
