When we received no answer, we contacted Richard again via phone and he said he would get back to us to schedule a date. Several days later we received a quote and told him to proceed. He then advised us that he requires payment PRIOR to showing up to the job! We explained that we are a property management company located in Palm Beach and would need an invoice and proof that the work was completed to issue payment via credit card, PayPal, or check. (His choice) He again demanded payment in advance or would not do the job. After having been in business for 35 years in South Florida we recognize the number of Hialeah Hustlers and con men who demand payment in advance and never show up to the job. We offered to send a copy of our business license as well as a copy of the deed to the home to show proof of ownership but he still refused and demanded payment once again. At this point I thanked him for his time and informed him that we would no longer be requesting his services on any of our properties. He then called my cell phone and began ranting angrily and talking in hostile tones about threats. Not sure what this guy thinks he's selling or what he believes he has to offer over the 600 other pressure wash companies in South Florida but "Shady" doesn't begin to describe the ordeal we just experienced. Just choose someone else to pressure wash your driveway before you regret it.

I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it.

I also had to watch the two laborers constantly to ensure the work was done correctly. All they spent was five hours on my patio to which some of them are already uneven.
