Javier did a great job on my roof and he was great about communicating and texting ahead of the scheduled visit to confirm time etc. We were getting the house painted and need the roof cleaned before we started. I have lived in the house for 5 years and we never had the roof cleaned. The terra cotta color does a good job of hiding the dirt but after Javier cleaned it I couldn't believe how much better it looked. They cleaned up all around the house after that were done and aside from the amazing looking roof, you never knew they were there. One of the reasons I waited so long to clean the roof is because so many people use high pressure and or strong chemicals that kill plants and could be hazardous to pets. Javier uses a medium pressure scrub with a diluted bleach solution that is nice compromise between the two. The roof came out fantastic and all my plants are healthy! Great job on our dirty terracotta tile roof! The neighbors all came out and said how great it looked, too! Javier is very responsive and let me know when they'd show up, texted me 45 min ahead of time, and also texted when they were done, since I wasn't home. He also sent pics during so I could see the dirty/clean line on the roof, that's pretty cool. He also let me know that he noticed that the roof had a few pre-existing cracked tiles (Good to know).
