During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. On Friday it was the first time that he's done my entire house. I also told him to make sure he did only light pressure on the sides of my house, etc. within a few hours of them starting, I noticed that there was no air conditioning and there was no power in the front part of my house. When he mentioned that there were four exposed wires and he attempted to cover them I didn't find that very professional. If he let me know that there were some exposed wires outside, then I would've wanted him to tell me about it and then I would've said I would've hired an electrician to fix it and then have him come back out another day. He never alerted me about that. also, something that's not even related, my air conditioning unit. They must've put some high-pressure water to it cause it hasn't been working since Friday and Ryan refuses to contact me back. I have a home warranty company, but I still have to had to pay out-of-pocket $125 for an air-conditioning tech and 4 an electrical tech to come out. Unfortunately the electrician can't come out till Tuesday and the air conditioning people are not even contacting me back this weekend so I am without air in my house and it has been 83° and I also have pets here. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. if you see a problem at someone's house, you need to stop immediately and alert them of what to do and not just keep continuing just for the money. I don't feel like this was very considerate and now I'm out here since Friday and I have no idea when the air-conditioning tech will be here. He most likely won't even call me till tomorrow. he says he is licensed and insured yet of course cannot disclose insurance information or else I'd go through them not only did I want to get reimbursed for the fees for the technician to come out.
