During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. It's not easy to make sure things are clean in the dark, although, looking at my windows this morning, they are (clean). I got some cheaper quotes, but I'm not sorry I paid for quality work. Jose promptly answered my request and provided me with a reasonable estimate. Today, Jose's colleague, Dennis, responded to my home and I was immediately met with a friendly face and a great attitude, and soon after Dennis got to work. Dennis cleaned each of my windows, the screens, and my two sliding glass doors. Once completed my windows and the frames looked so much better, my only regret was not contacting them prior to today! Thank you Jose, Dennis, and J&J, highly recommended!

I run an airbnb in West Palm Beach and I've used several services before discovering First Class…read moreCleaning and results are night and day! There is no need to look any further. I've been using this service for 4 months now and I cannot say anything bad about the company. They're extremely easy to work with for scheduling cleanings and ensuring my airbnb reviews are consistently 5 stars. The service team will take pictures of the house the moment they arrive and report any damages left by my guests. And then follow up with post-cleaning pictures to ensure my airbnb is ready for the next set of guests to check in. The team is very thorough from the get-go, they'll send you a questionnaire about how the house is setup from accessing the storage room to how you would like it to be set up for each cleaning, such as how many toilet paper rolls to leave out for guests, or tide pods, etc. Whether you doing a move-in/move-out cleaning or routine vacation rental cleaning in the south florida area, this is the service I'd pick and recommend to others.

I expected the level of service and quality of cleaning to be exemplary - and it was. Really; better than anticipated. Their employees were professional; wore masks, very polite, wore booties in the house, careful with a broken screen, respectful of our interiors, texted they were on their way, arrived on time to the minute, etc. Another expectation was they'd be expensive. However, I was wrong. Their price was $140 less than we guessed and expected ahead of time. My wife and I are delighted with everything about Window Gang, and we will highly recommend them to friends; happy to recommend them on Yelp too.

I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience. Good kid, good service, give him a shot!
