Aqua Force did Great job pressure washing my property. Included tile roof, driveway, all walkways and back lanai . Everywhere I had pavers. They came on time and the cost was $615. STAY AWAY! Based on my personal experience, I am left to believe that all of the positive reviews aren't real, and the negative reviews are accurate. He didn't clean the edges or end caps of the roof above the gutters (only the tops of the tiles), significantly damaged my vegetation, etched my brass landscape lighting and stainless grill with chlorine (pictures below). I informed the owner Jeremy of the issues and sent pictures, and his response was to rely on his oppressive "terms and conditions of agreement" that he makes all of his customers sign (should have been a big warning for me). I asked him to refund the $500 that I paid for the subpar work, because I had to hire the company doing my neighbor's roof to finish the edges and caps that he did not do ($150), buy new tops for my landscape lights ($90) and have 9 plants in a schefflera hedge replaced ($280). Jeremy came out to my house to look at the issues, and although he acknowledge the issues, he refused to pay for the damage or refund my money. He only offered a future service that I don't want, because I never want him or his employees on my property again. If you are foolish enough to hire this company, don't sign or agree to his oppressive "terms and conditions", because when he damages your property, which he will do, he will duck any responsibility by hiding behind his "terms and conditions". read more

Showed up on time, did a great job, but the best part was how they cleaned up when complete. They power washed the dirt off my drive, my outdoor furniture, window, and shrubs. I had my roof, driveway and lanai pressure cleaned just a few weeks ago. There was a "guarantee" that no plants would be effected by the chemicals used. Instead, within 1 week, I have several completely dead bushes; and after numerous attempts to contact the owner (Jared), nobody has so much as returned a call or text. When I first spoke to the owner, he seemed like a very good guy and came across as trustworthy. The fact that he will not stand by his work though, is frustrating especially as I was cleaning the home to put it on the market. Now, I have an eye soar of very mature, dead bushes that need to be replaced. Buyer beware. read more

Company did a pretty solid job, but the man who serviced my house blew out my patio screen with the hose and then owner said it was already ripped before they arrived. I probably would haven noticed a 6 foot section completely blown off the frame before they came out. Then shortly after changing tune, owner told us that this happens fairly regularly in the business, and it's against their policy to fix. To me a reputable business would either be a little more cautious, and if they happen to make a mistake, either offer to fix it, or at least maybe lower the pressure cleaning bill slightly which will help offset the new cost burden that the home owner will endure when having to call someone new to come out and replace screen. This company was recommended to us by a major real estate company, unfortunately I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Primarily because of how little they cared about the mistake after it happened. read more

Had my roof and driveway pressure-cleaned 6 weeks ago. While it has been a very wet month, a pressure-cleaning job should last longer than this. My driveway and sidewalk have returned to almost the same state they were in before they were cleaned. My neighbors, who had their walks cleaned months ago, driveways look much better. Moreover, when he did the job he did not inform me of the "first time" special that is on his web-site, so I paid over the odds. I called him to see if he would do anything about this -- the answer was no. I could just pay to have it done again. No way. I'll find someone better. read more
