Johnny under pressure is definitely the way to go if you're looking for someone to do an excellent job and not try to over charge you for services. He came out the very next day and power washed my patio, pool cage , hurricane shutters and even the patio furniture. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for top notch service at an amazing price. He did such an awesome job for us that we are now looking to schedule him to repaint our patio. I have complete confidence in his abilities after the job he just did for us. Do yourself a favor and call this guy first because he really does quality work. read more

Johnny came the same day we called, did a great job, fast and efficient power washing. Will definitely recommend him! read more

Don't waste your time or money. He lacks good business sense, common sense, integrity and competence. He came out to pressure wash and put a "sealant" ($600!) on to provide the longevity of mildew returning. He said it would last a year without having to be pressure washed again. It lasted 1.5 months. He came out to pressure wash it again (which he charged me for) and that only lasted a month as well! He never took responsibility for the failure of the product he used or offered to reimburse me. He blamed the builder. I had to hire another pressure washer service and he said he's never heard of a "sealant" and he's clearly not using the correct chemicals because pressure washing alone should last longer than a month! 5 months later with the new service, there is no mold/mildew and it looks like he just did it yesterday. There are a lot of pressure washer services out there and I would highly recommend using somebody other than Johnny! read more

I cannot give a review on Johnny's work; only his lack of professionalism as he blew me off not once, but twice. Don't expect him to come up with documents like his license & insurance, which my HOA required. His response was that he's worked for all these prestigious communities & he's never in his life heard of providing documentation. Also, don't be someone who asks questions about the work. "He knows what he's doing & doesn't need to be questioned". Any legitimate contractor welcomes questions. And don't DARE mention any discount deal that Yelp has advertised for his services! All in all, my impression of Johnny is that he is arrogant & does not feel that a potential customer is worthy of his time. Maybe it's because I'm a female, I don't know. All I know is that he was very disrespectful. read more

Found Johnny on Yelp after reading recommendations from the Verona Lakes Community Facebook neighbors page. He is every bit as great as people say in the reviews, replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to come within 3 business days. His quote was very reasonable, he was at my door promptly within the time frame indicated, and did a fantastic job on the house, the roof, driveway, walkway, windows and patio, everything looks great. Wish I had taken a before/after picture, now I can actually see the colors on our roof tiles. Will definitely hire him again. read more

It is my first time writing a review because I have been conned by Johnny . In January hired Johnny to clean and seal my driveway. He sent Franky to do the job, and left my driveway just as they found it. The problem is he cashed my check. The next day I called him and sent him a picture. He has been giving me the run around. It has been a month now he still never came back to clean my driveway. Now I am receiving letter from my HOA for the stain that I hired him to clean. He does not have any customer service because he does not return my call. when he texted to say he will come by , he new showed up. I found him very dishonest and i will not recommend him to anyone. read more

John came over immediately after my inquiry to give me a quote on roof cleaning, pressure washing & sealing my driveway. He took the time to explain his process. I trusted my gut & hired him on the spot. I was not disappointed. He fit me into his schedule & did an incredible job! This is the 3rd time I got this done (with other contractors) but from here on, I will only use Johnny Under Pressure. Amazing workmanship & a pleasure to work with! read more

Always on time with a great attitude, great job and great price! We have been using this company for several years and recommend them to our friends and neighbors! read more

Johnny Under Pressure is the best choice among the many pressure washing companies in Palm Beach county. I had a very important party at my house and I needed to get my patio perfect. I have a really difficult patio because of the way it was built with the dirt coming in and poor drainage designs. I got quotes from over 10 companies and talked to them. Johnny was by far the fastest to respond, the highest quality, he was willing to do the most, and he was the most professional. He was readily available by text and agreed to do all the details I asked him. He even moved all the furniture out of my patio through a small door, put it back, and washed that too without my even asking. After getting everything done, he even listened to my overly picky wife and did everything she asked, unbothered and never annoyed by our plenty and specific requests. He even washed all of my screens which are over two stories high!!! I would use him again because he was 5 stars in every respect. read more

Johnny Under Pressure was a rockstar for our entire job. The services we used were roof power washing, power washing and staining our dock, power washing and sealing our front brick pavers and rear travertine deck, he also power washed, sealed and painted our garage floor. We found tremendous knowledge, customer service and care throughout the job. He and his team were diligent, timely and made sure everything was done with flawless efficacy and a level of meticulousness that made it one of the most professional set ups I have seen. Bravo To Johnny and his team, we've already recommended them to friends and family and will use his services time and time again. read more

What a reliable and great company.. I called without knowing who they were. John Bird called right back and provided the most excellent customer service ever in my 30 years in Florida...He did my whole house and cleaned and sealed my patio deck. Looks brand new. My husband was wowed by the finished product. When I called to say that the planters were not moved, they came right back and made it right. Cant rave enough about them. Try JUP, you will not be disappointed, rather utterly thrilled. read more

I called Johnny Under Pressure for an estimate to pressure wash my backyard pavers. Johnny said he would come prepared to do the job the next morning and if I didn't like the price, he would leave - no hard feelings. A marketing genius!!! Needless to say, I hired him that morning. I left for work and he went about pressure washing my backyard pavers. These pavers are light coral in color and about 1000 sq ft. They have not been cleaned in years and were absolutely filthy with dirt and black mold. I expected them to look a little better, but I never expected to come home from work and see what looked like brand new pavers! Wow! Not only did he clean the pavers, but he cleaned all the window and sliding door frames, as well as pressure washed two large outdoor area rugs that I was about to throw out as they were so filthy and moldy. They also look brand new!!! In addition, Johnny aslo moved my outdoor dining room table and chairs, umbrellas, etc out of the way as they were too heavy for me to move. Johnny is quick to respond, gives very fair prices, is very nice to deal with, and most importantly, does fabulous work. The backyard looked so great that I had him pressure clean and seal my driveway the next day. I can't say enough good things about Johnny. I will never use anyone else! Truly! read more
