He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is sparkling clean. Johnny Under Pressure is the best choice among the many pressure washing companies in Palm Beach county. I had a very important party at my house and I needed to get my patio perfect. I have a really difficult patio because of the way it was built with the dirt coming in and poor drainage designs. I got quotes from over 10 companies and talked to them. Johnny was by far the fastest to respond, the highest quality, he was willing to do the most, and he was the most professional. He was readily available by text and agreed to do all the details I asked him. He even moved all the furniture out of my patio through a small door, put it back, and washed that too without my even asking. This is the fifth time we've used Johnny Under Pressure. He always does outstanding work. Driveways, sidewalks, roofs, even cleaning algae off boulders. Without the use of harmful chemicals that would hurt the planting's around the home, pavers look great when he is done. Neighbor used another firm that First sprayed heavy bleach over everything, yet there was still algae between their pavers when the other firm was done. Johnny just used pressurized water and all the algae between the pavers were gone. So was it worth that the neighbor shopped for the cheapest service they can find. I don't think so. Johnny first came to save us from a disaster from another service that totally screw up my pavers with a sealant that turned everything white then their attempt to fix it made things even worse. I was surprised not to see Johnny Under Pressure reviewed here yet as he has been a reliable pressure cleaning/painting contractor for over 15 years in Boynton Beach. I met him a couple years ago around town and he is a great guy. Down to earth type who is fairly priced but does way better than average work He also makes sure your happy and follows up. Down here thats huge to me.. Basically everything you want in a service provider this guy is. I have used him for pressure cleaning my roof and my driveway( and then he sealed the driveway pavers.) Looks great still! I also had him paint my deck and 2 rooms inside this past summer. Very clean and looks sweet. He's polite and personable and I would never use anyone else. If you need this type of service and who doesn't in Florida lol call him..I think he just services like Boca to West Palm though.. read more

Johnny Under Pressure was excellent. His crew power washed the lanai floor as expected. However he also power washed the entire ceiling, walls and, enclosed screens. He also power washed my 2 sliding door windows (on the outside) and my patio furniture. I left a message on Johnny's cell number. He returned my call within a 1/2 hr. I hadn't had any concrete cleaned for a good 2 years. And what an amazing job Johnny Under Pressure did. Excellent work, on time, professional and very reasonable considering the mess I had. As for the screened in patio, not only was the concrete cleaned, but John started on the outside and cleaned the screens, then cleaned from the inside, and cleaned the patio framework too. I have been using Johnny Under Pressure since 2014 to power wash my screened in porch, driveway, sidewalks, and a tiled screened porch. He is reliable, on time, and his work is excellent. He also cleans the screen enclosing the patio, including the screen roof, which collects lots of bird droppings and leaves in the course of the year. He works very cleanly and always collects his cleaning supplies, such as rag, clothes, so the area is neater than when he arrives. Not only was he extremely accommodating but he also went above and beyond and went out of his way to clean areas that we didn't ask him to that he noticed were dirty.
