Mistakes were made on our side when we hired fiddler roofing to clean our Community Equus. We were on a serious time crunch so we called to ask if Fiddler could help us. Even after the completion of the job, I personally spoke to Alvaro, and let me tell you, he went above and beyond for our community. When we hired Fiddler we were not specific on our exact needs. After I called and spoke to Alvaro, he offered me a solution that would make the entire community happy. When I company is there to help it makes so many things easier. Fiddler stepped up and helped us fix some issues we had. We at Equus could not be happier with the service and commitment to us. We have found a great company with great people working there. Could not be happier. read more

We had requested power washing through our HOA and sent in our check. We weren't given an exact date for the service. Unfortunately, we were away when they came. Our management company didn't think it would be a problem rescheduling but today, Fiddler said that they would not come back bc it is their busy season. This is not a good business practice in my opinion. read more

The team arrived on time, assessed the community roofs thoroughly and explained the cleaning process in detail.

I don't write reviews often but great service should be recognized! I had my driveway, front walkway, and pool deck cleaned by Fiddler recently and they did an incredible job. The technician Alex was fast, efficient, and very friendly. He was extra careful about my beloved plants in the front yard and made my driveway look brand new! The office staff (Karen and Cassee) were very accommodating about scheduling around the bad weather we've been having. It is nice to know my community has such a reliable and friendly company to perform this work! read more

Recently had my roof cleaned by Fidder Roof Cleaning, the tech was very nice, he made sure to spray down all my plants. They used ECO roof I can't wait to see how my roof turns out in a couple of months. I had questions regarding the cleaning and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I'm very happy my HOA chose Fiddler to clean the roofs in the community. read more

After I wrote the previous review the company sent a guy who check the roof and told me that the owner told him to do all the work again because the roof was not good. The day marker for the service, I stay in my house all day, nobody came, nobody call. I already sent more than four emails and nobody answer. This company do not sale anything, it is a service company, so do it in consecuente! I think, that the same way as the company attended me to collect my payment, should be the way to attend me to solve the mess that I have in my roof. Please show respect for your customers! I live in a community that part of a few yEar contact hired fiddler roofing great name LOUSY job they should actually be embarrassed to say that they clean roofs (Aprox 10 mins per house ) and didn't even walk around the whole house I am so fustrated better off not even having them do the work next Time Giving one star was generous read more

You get visited by a sharp dressed salesman who will provide you with great glossy brochures selling you on their great insurance, professionalism and product. However.....no one showed up for the appointment to clean the roof. Office called an hour AFTER the appointment to say that it was too windy and the eco-friendly cleaner might damage the neighbors plants. How about mine?????? Does not sound very eco-friendly. You have to sign a waiver about landscaping and foliage damage......eco-friendly??????? read more

For the past 17 years I have been connecting homeowners and property managers with the right contractor for the job. It has been such a pleasure to recommend Fiddler Roof Cleaning as every single time I get customers calling me back and telling me how happy they are with the results. This is a very high organized company with very good crews. Always looking for ways to exceed excellence. read more

Wonderful job all around from prep to everything and protecting our shrubbery very good hosed everything down before and After

Horrible customer service. I live in a gated community that contracts with them to clean the roofs in the community. When they cleaned my roof, they missed a portion that is in the back of the house. I called the office and asked to have the tech swing back and clean the area that was missed. Did not hear from them so I called again and was told that they spoke to the tech and he "specifically remembers cleaning the entire roof". I mentioned to them that This was interesting as we work at home and can attest no one was in the back of the house. I also told them that we have a locked screened in yard and asked, how was it cleaned if no one was able to access it ? They told me it was cleaned and no one would be back. After about a month I notified my property manager who was able to get them back to the house to finish the job they should have finished the first time. When the techs came to the house and looked at the area in question they did confirm it was never treated. Poor customer service deserving of zero stars. If you hire , make sure they do the job to your satisfaction because chances are if there is an issue and they won't come back read more

I was visited by a salesman literally the day after I called them and scheduled my roof to be cleaned at their earliest appointment which was the end of January. They called me ON THE DAY OF the appointment and cancelled because their tech was sick but they said they couldn't fit me back into their schedule until mid-March. Huh??? You cancel on me and then can't re-schedule my job for 2 whole months?!! When they finally did come in mid-March they did a fairly good job, I had no complaints on the work. Then I get a bill in mid-May say PAST DUE when it was the very first bill that I ever saw - I didn't get a bill from the tech so I assumed that it went on my credit card. When I called the office about the bill, the girl was very unpleasant and basically said it was my fault not hersI I give them only 2 stars because I was so mad about being cancelled and then having to wait 2 whole months to get another appointment and then the rude office girl just put their customer service into the 0 star range, but the work performed was good so I gave them that. It's been over a year now and my white tile roof still looks new and the frustrations of my experience noted above have been long forgotten- so I am very happy with their product and technique. I changed my rating to 4 stars now because my roof looks beautiful due to their process. read more

I'm very pleased with the job, my roof look like brand new. I did the hole deal, power washing, driveway sealing, gutter and roof cleaning. The price was fair and the workers very polite and caring. My salesperson Bill was very knowledgeable and informative. read more

We have used Fiddler for our roof cleaning twice now and both times we had professional service. they showed up on time, completed the work in a very timely manner and no mess left behind. the low pressure cleaning was the selling point for me as it will help maintain the life of our roof. we had it cleaned 6 mos ago and it still looks as good as when they finished. i would certainly recommend them. read more

As a new home owner was looking for a least invasive way to have roof cleaned, i.e. Without strong pressure washing, had to be done in multiple appt. due to weather, 1st set of technicians were a little less than desirable, but the final appt. the technician went above and beyond to complete the job. They are on the expensive end of roof cleaning, hope it lasts as long as they claim read more

Called to question the treatment estimate that was after the 2 year original treatment, I had to deal with a office women millennial with an attitude.... They wanted to bleach the roof...again verses the ECO treatment that was promised. I asked the simple question of 'why?' and I got the attitude. Faxed my info to schedule and nothing after 2 days...ready to move on. read more

I live out of the area and I didn't know who to call to pressure wash my patio I called fiddler on the roof and they came over and they gave me an estimate via email and I scheduled a time when I was going to be back in town and they were there at the scheduled time and did a great job I would highly recommend them read more

Very professional roof cleaning business! They provided all the necessary insurance certificates, and detailed contract with question and answer sheet. The roof is absolutely clean, which has greatly enhanced the property. We are looking forward to Eco roof maintenance in the future. read more

Had my roof cleaned by this company and I am very pleased. The tile roof looks super clean! I want to differ with a couple of reviews on these points... -The salesman was not a "sharp dressed" guy. That's great because I am "allergic" to a hard sell. Very personable guy, company polo shirt and khakis look and zero pressure. -This cleaning is done from the roof, not the ground. If you opt for a follow up cleaning in a year, that is done from the ground. The cleaning does use a strong chlorine solution but that stands to reason since you are trying to kill things like mold. If you are sensitive to strong smells, you may want to go away after it is done for a little and open some windows to let fresh air in. To give you a rule of thumb as to cost, the tile roof on my 1888 sq ft home cost $340 to clean. The job was completed in less than two hours. This is truly a low pressure method and I feel much better about their system than battering the roof and underlayment with pressure cleaning. Great job! read more

Update to my original review below: Marcel R. responded saying he doesn't know who I am & they haven't done residential properties in 4 years. Marcel- check your records! I signed a contract with Fiddler on 11/9/2015 , invoice number 9280. They ruined my property shortly thereafter. I still have a copy of the contract & all the pictures of my damaged property that I should have submitted to small claims court, along with the certified letter I sent to Fiddler on 5/16/2016. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Terrible company. When I called, they assured me they would not use bleach on my roof. When their worker showed up- in what looked like a hazmat suit, he told me he had to use a little bleach. Turns out he used so much bleach I could hardly breathe in my house with all the windows closed, it killed most of the plants around the perimeter of my home & completely destroyed the paint job on my newly painted house- leaving permanent streaks down every side. When I tried to call the company & work things out, they were difficult & unprofessional. I do not recommend this company, would never use them again. read more

I had my roof cleaned with the ECO friendly spray. My roof was only 5 years old so did not want it pressure cleaned. The first application was good in most places but did not clean all the roof. I contacted the customer support people at Fiddler who sent someone out to look at the roof. He immediately said they will redo the whole roof. Full marks to these guys they do stand behind there warranty. The roof was re-sprayed with with the ECO spray and now it looks as good as new. I was very pleased that I had no damage to any plants, grass or and of my property. I will definitely use Fiddle again to keep my roof looking like new. read more

Had fiddler roof clean my roof and seal my driveway about 2 weeks ago. Overall, I have to say they did a very good job. Everything came out clean, for the most part, and their price was better then other companies quotes. Their staff on the job or in the office was very professional. I would definitely use them again. The only reason I took a star away was they missed a couple small spots on the roof, and my pompom bush they covered is dead on top. I think the pompom will be fine and may up to 5 stars after that. read more

I received an ad for roof cleaning and I was interested in getting an estimate, so I filled out the online form to have someone contact me for an estimate. After about a week of not hearing anything, I called the number on the website. A nice woman answered and said she had all of my information (why hadn't she called me?) and she offered to have someone come to my house later that afternoon or the next day. I rearranged my schedule so I could be home at 4 pm that day, which is the time we had agreed on. No one show up or called me to explain why they didn't make the appointment. Very unprofessional. I am not willing to give them strike THREE. read more

Marcel, you don't know the whole story and your employee is not telling the truth. Reread our first complaint and maybe you will understand. We did let two of your employees on our property a few days after the big mess. They were dressed in executive attire and we explained the situation. Remember, we have detailed pictures from day to day the mess of trees bushes, etc. Also, you did not discuss the fact that you ignored our disclosure letter that was sent to you via Certified Mail. Our office has not received a response. I repeat, we have a signature card signed that you received it. read more

I used Fiddler Roof Cleaning at the suggestion of my neighbor who was also having her roof cleaned. Our HOA was requiring it of us as well as the neighbor on the other side of us. A gentleman promptly came out and gave an estimate for the work. (They quoted a cheaper and fair price compared to others) The appointment for the work was made and kept without any problems. My only complaint would be that they came earlier than the appointment and finshed the job before I got home. So, I never spoke to anyone the day the job was done. It seems to have been done well. It is my understanding that the finished product will be visible after we have rain and the remnants of the solution is washed away. So far I am satisfied and will update my review in a couple of weeks. read more

They deserve no stars. They spent all of 7 minutes with some brush cleaner to supposedly "pressure" clean my driveway pavers. Terrible job, brought them back out, and they had the audacity to claim it was a good job. Then they said it required pressure cleaning--gee- thought I paid for that! The company rep Ashley at office says they have videos showing it is clean. HA! I have pics that show otherwise. Which is their excuse? My HOA used them for many things and recommends them to do the driveway (which they require be clean). HOA uses them for Roof cleaning, painting etc... I paid Fiddler by check for a professional job of pressure cleaning. Funny how they won't take credit cards. Held my check for approx 6 wks before doing job, too! After they refused to clean and refused to refund, I warned them I would and then did file with BBB. The HOA contacted me today to say Fiddler would refund my money only if I withdrew the BBB complaint. This Fiddler Roof co, fiddled with the wrong person! I will not be extorted or bribed. Avoid them, lazy, liars, cheats. Filing now with county consumer protection. Now they answer BBB report by saying whoever put down polyurethane--10-13 yrs ago, must have put over dirt. HA! They will dig up any blame they can. I was here, always watch carefully, with new house when driveway was cleaned perfectly before poly and have also cleaned it perfectly since no less than 8 times. Some poly remains if sun doesn't shine on it. They say I must remove poly professionally--95% of poly has been gone for many years but for under overhang by door. Fiddler grasps at straws to defend their inferiority and dishonesty. I am collecting docs from HOA and filing claims against them anywhere appropriate. Please, save yourselves a lot of grief: Avoid them at all costs. read more

I have had my roof cleaned twice by Fiddler. The first application of their product lasted two years. It has now been over one year since the reapplication and the roof is still clean. Their product is much more effective than the typical pressure cleaning with chlorine. The product is applied from ground level so there are no broken tiles. The product is eco friendly so there is no grass or plant damage. The crew arrived exactly on time and worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. I have recommended Fiddler to my friends and neighbors and will use them for my next roof cleaning. read more

i kept postponing the roof cleaning until I had no other recourse. I was positively surprised. Taylor made the difference. Aside from being on time he did a fantastic job and had a very positive attitude. Very few workers have these attributes. Thanks for a job well done. I will certainly refer Fiddler to my friends and neighbors. read more

Fiddler claims to use a blend of soaps to clean your roof tiles. What they really use is toxic chlorine/bleach from the local pool distributor. The pool cleaners truck bed and bumper rust off with a few years. So Fiddlers blend of soaps is safe huh? Not in a million years! Its a shame he lies to the clients about using safe eco friendly products! read more
