Great service and very knowledgeable. They explained the whole process and were very thorough in their work. Highly recommend.

Tri-County All Restorations did an outstanding job from start to finish remediating a mold infestation in my father's condo. Their team was professional, responsive, and truly knowledgeable about the restoration process. They arrived promptly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and worked efficiently to restore everything back to its original condition (or better!). Communication was excellent throughout, and Kim and Gary made sure I understood each step of the process. I was sent pictures and videos throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in their work. I highly recommend Tri-County All Restorations to anyone in need of reliable and professional mold remediation services. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Gary of Tri-County All Restorations. I contacted his company through Yelp yesterday and he responded with his direct number within minutes. Not even 24 hours later, he appears at my doorstep and performs a complimentary inspection of my area of concern. He was honest and offered a few suggestions to fix my problem. If I have issues in the future, he's the first and only company I'm calling. read more

My husband and I have used Tri-County All Restorations twice now, and they have done an excellent job both times. First, we had water damage and mold in a couple of rooms due to a roof leak. Gary and his crew came and did an excellent job with removing parts of the walls and ceilings. Francisco and Alex were the main workers who were here, and we felt so comfortable with them. They were on time, respectful with our belongings, careful in their work, and just did a quality job. We were very happy with all their work and with their company. Then a few weeks later, after having our air ducts and vents cleaned by a different company, we had a mess all over the house. Gary and Kim Ackel (who run Tri-County) sent Francisco and Alex back to our house to help us clean everything. They did this just to help us out, free of charge, which was incredibly nice of them. Francisco and Alex, who are both very nice people and hard workers, came out and stayed all day, cleaning everything. I was so happy with the results. This is truly a quality company. Kim and Gary Ackel are the nicest people, and they really care about their customers. We feel like they are friends now, and we highly recommend their services. read more

Gary was responsive and thorough in his examination of my condo. His team communicated frequently and kept me informed the whole week I was away from the condo during the mold remediation. I came back to a mold free home. High recommend his business ! read more

Gary and his crew were extremely professional and did an amazing job. My house smells fresh. They did the remediation in a timely manner. Every text and call I made was immediately answered. I highly recommend them. read more

Gary has come out to our house twice to do mold and moisture assessments. Both times he came out that day (within the hour because we live right on the street where he works.) He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and generous with his time and skill. When some things fall outside of what he's licensed for, he recommended the correct person for the job right away. After having him come out a few years ago I saved his card on our fridge (the only business card I've kept on there) because I liked him so much. When he came out just recently, he was just as helpful and kind as I'd remembered. HIGHLY recommend. read more

A simple search for mold remediation led me to Tri County. Little did I realize that I would b e dealing with one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I called & Gary the owner answered right away. Within 2 hours he was at my home to do the inspection. He went over and above as we searched for other possible sources of mold in the house. We landed on places of focus. Kim delivered the quote. She was wonderful to work with & was so willing to answer any questions. Matt was the technician who led the work on the remediation. He was so informative, showing pictures of what they encountered along the way. He went out of the way to look for possible sources of mold, answering all questions. I cannot recommend this company enough. I felt like they were my family looking after me, guiding me along what can be a very stressful process. Thank you for all you do! read more

Plumbing leak required cutting into shower tile. Requested quote for restoration. Got prompt response. He determined job was not in his scope. Fantastic!! I was clear with what I thought I needed & Gary did a great job, 1st inspecting & advising, then contracting & doing the remediation to code. As they proceeded they took copious videos & pics to document the damage or lack of damage, their cleaning and waste removal. The entire worksite was "hermetically sealed" () and is ready for repair. I could not be more pleased with their work, communication or value. Great team! read more

Our Air conditioner leaked and we had a mess in our office, bathroom and bedroom. Discovered this on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Called my insurance company and they recommended a different company to call. Looked on Yelp and their reviews were terrible. Found Tri-County had great reviews. Called Gary at 4pm on Saturday and he was out to the house in 1.5 to 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, found all the areas that had water left dryers and dehumidifiers. His team came in the next day and packed everything that needed to be moved. Recommended a mold company as well as a contractor to fix the drywall. Once we detected mold they isolated the areas and put up containment barriers so we could sleep in the room. Even left a room air conditioner so we could sleep in the bedroom. Made a bad problem easy to deal with. He was responsive to my phone calls and texts during the process. Highly recommend Tri-County should you need their services. read more

There is no better restoration company than Tri-County All Restorations. Gary, Kim and Staff are kind, honest, reliable and beyond accommodating. They really care about their clients and treat each project as though it were their own personal mission to conquer. Their attention to detail and punctuality is a rare find now a days. I will always be indebted to them for their services. They drove hours each day to and from Miami in order to restore my home. Gary was very honest in accessing our situation and charged us nothing for his advice. Thank You Gary

Gary from Tri-County All Restorations has been a God send to me. I am an AZ resident having to deal with a leak & mold issue in my FL rental. I found Garys high rating on Yelp & called him & 2 other mold remediators. From the start, Gary was simpathetic to my bad situation. He worked with me for a week before I even said I would hire his company. He gave me advice, educated me & looked through my mold estimates all in good faith. After signing his contract, his employees showed up promptly, like a team ready for battle & they worked tirelessly an efficiently & stayed long hours to meet Garys promised schedule. Then, he recommended a wonderful General Contractor to put my house back together! I would have been lost without the help from Gary. He & his wife run a proficient, family business with entegrity & excellence. read more

I recently called Gary at Tri County restoration regarding water damage from a leak from a unit above our rental unit. He came out promptly and he and his team gave us a quote on remediation and dry out. Kim from Tri county went one step further to check our insurance coverage for us. She actually recommended that we do not use them until we determine the full cost with our adjuster, due to affected limits on our policy if we use a non preferred insurance company vendor. This was incredibly kind of her and very unselfish, as the end result is that they may not get the work. When you are dealing with water damage, it is scary and time is of the essence. Knowing that you have a company that is NOT taking advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable is priceless. If our claim ends up allowing us to pick our vendors, Tri County will be who we call. I hope I have expressed my extreme faith in this company. read more

Gary who runs Tri-County is top notch and exactly who you want to hand problems like mine, a major roof leak. Gary was quick to respond, quick to make it to the house, and he quickly fixed the problem I had. He and his team communicated throughout the entire process and also worked with my insurance company. That process was ran by his wife, Kim, who is excellent and helps run the business. Together Gary, Kim & their team of workers was great! read more

About two weeks after purchasing my home I had a devastating flood in it from a broken pipe. Not knowing what to do, I searched reviews on line and after seeing the wonderful reviews on Tri-County, I decided to give them a call. Am I glad I did! Gary came over the same day, assessed the situation, patiently explaining everything and put a plan into action. His wonderful crew came over the same afternoon with an incredible array of equipment. They worked diligently removing baseboards and the damaged laminate floors. Over the course of the next week, Gary personally came by each day to measure the moisture in the walls and floors. I was completely devastated when this flood occurred but Gary and his crew were so amazing and reassuring that I was able to sleep again at night. Look no further. Tri-County is the best company to call when devastating water damage occurs. read more

I had a minor leak in my bathroom but smelled a mildew smell 4 weeks later. It turns out I did not need remediation, but Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I called, not knowing what I needed. I would not hesitate to use this company if I ever needed one. Gary was very busy with a big project but took the time to come and review our problem. He was also quick to respond to my yelp messages and said he was available to reach until evening 7 days a week. End result, we did not have water damage. A previous vendor (who advertises on this site) had given us bad information and could have cost us up to $1000. Gary was not only truthful but did not charge us for the meeting. No one wants to see water in their home, in my case, it was sitting there after returning from a weekend out of town. Fortunately Gary and his team at Tri-County All Restorations had my problem under control fast. Up rolled the Tri County van, out rolled their gear and squad...shortly we were felling better about the situation. The water was gone, blowers and dehumidifier were going...afterwards a slick little device made the house as fresh as new, a great experience...out of the ordinary. This is professional outfit. I had a good experience with this company. Gary was always very throughout and went out of his way to make sure the problem was solved. Dealing with Gary was fantastic. Have not been able to get to our apartment since the beginning of the pandemic last year. My building manager advised that I had a little mold popping up so I contacted Gary by phone from NY. He came out the next morning to check everything out. Called to say just a very small issue and not necessary to spend money and hire a mold remediation contractor. Can be taken care of by over the counter microbial which a friend can do without me having to travel. Wouldn't take a dime for his inspection. Very reputable contractor. I would highly recommend using him. read more

We discovered a mold issue in a closet and hired a mold inspector. The inspection also revealed a mold issue in a garage wall. Gary Ackel with Tri-County All Restorations met with us and provided a quote for the restoration work. During remediation, it was discovered that we had a problem with our air conditioning system causing condensation issues that resulted in the mold in the closet, and remediation was paused so we could address the problem. Gary's wife Kim recommended contacting Vito at Ductz (who we ended up hiring after interviewing several other companies and were very satisfied with their services). Following the A/C ductwork repairs, all remediation was completed. Gary, Kim and the entire crew were all professional, courteous and hard working. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the remediation. Gary was personally involved in overseeing the project and verifying the results. After the remediation we were reinspected and are now mold free! We would definitely recommend Gary and his team based on our experience. - The McMann family read more
