My windows are now (you should pardon the expression) "night and day" better than before. Two guys spent four hours here yesterday to accomplish that. During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. It's not easy to make sure things are clean in the dark, although, looking at my windows this morning, they are (clean). I got some cheaper quotes, but I'm not sorry I paid for quality work. The owner was very helpful & patient with many inquiries regarding me & 3 neighbors interested in this service. He always answered promptly. Today I had the pleasure of two fine gentlemen, Victor & Carlos, with such pleasant attitudes & amazing work ethics. Will definitely recommend to anyone interested and will hire them in the future. read more

This is a top notch company! They are very professional, courteous and efficient. Two men came to our home named Carlos and Juan. They worked quickly, quietly and were extremely nice. They cleaned our windows inside and out. They cleaned our screens. They cleaned out our tracks. They did our entire mirrored wall. Also all our sliding glass doors at a fair competitive price. As you can see by the pictures they did an amazing job and they pay high attention to detail which is very important to me. I have absolutely not one single complaint and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. We are extremely pleased and will continue to use their services in the future. Thank you Art Carlos and Juan! read more

After viewing their ratings on Yelp, I hired Island Window Cleaning Service to clean my two bedroom second floor condo's windows. They came and met the person who watches our unit when we are not there to give me a price. The price was reasonable so I booked them for late December when we were there. The person who came to do the work was polite and hardworking. He stayed at my little unit for five (!) hours and did an amazing job! What I did not mention is we live on a golf course which was completely redone last summer/fall so there was major construction outside our unit and the windows were filthy and there was stuff hanging down from the outside roof overhang soffits. I left forgetting to ask him to clean them but he did it on his own. I paid double the estimate and tipped him well for the extra effort they put in. I highly recommend them. read more

They actually respond to your phone call. They come out and take pictures and then you get a price from Art within a couple of hours. If you agree they call back with schedule date. Showed up on time and did a great job. Sergi was so quiet and respectful of home. Windows look great. They do windows the correct way-by hand not squirting some solution and using a squeegee. Everything-sills, tracks, screens and windows are hand done. Such a nice family owned company. Pleasure to have in my home. Would not even known he was there. Will definitely use again. read more

I just used this company for the first time today and had to give them a review. I'm at developer in New York and deal with contractors all the time. These guys were fantastic. What a quality job they did on my windows, and they were an absolute disaster. The gentleman that came to my house was polite and neat and clean, and really cared about what he did. I would recommend them to anyone. Joe m read more

Congrats Vladimir (aka Walter) on your retirement and the dedicated years of meticulous window cleaning service! Thank you! So glad that the business has been assumed by your qualified, professional grandson, Art, and his team. They were completely thorough in their work, cleaning the windows inside and out, including the door jams. They were even careful not to disturb my patio plants and decor. Was initially and somewhat reluctant to try them out. Was unsure if they could achieve the same level of perfectionism but they successfully upheld your standards practice of excellence, professionalism and strong work ethic. Extremely pleased that my windows are sparkling once again! read more
