He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Nothing. While I can't comment on the quality of his work, and certainly can on his character. I would recommend him to anyone.

I did what everyone else would do and got a lot of quotes for the work. A lot of the quotes I received were to just pressure wash and clean my roof. I started to get an idea of how much this was going to cost. When I contacted Affordable Pressure Cleaning, they gave me an estimate based on my home address and what was available in the Broward County public information. It was the best price thus far. Then he gave me an estimate to pressure wash and clear the entirety of the exterior of my house (extras included my patios (front and back), the screen enclosure for my pool, my windows, and the exterior side walls of my house. The price for everything altogether was comparable to the prices everyone else offered for just my roof. Given the 5-star reviews online and the awesome deal proposed, I hired Affordable Pressure Cleaning. They did what they said they were going to do and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for you for your cleaning needs.

I called the number here on Yelp and spoke to a gentleman who asked for some pictures of the job. He gave me a quote and scheduled a date for service a couple of weeks later. Could easily have been my mistake. He says he will call me when they are coming. The next day, there is no word from anyone. I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. Deadline was quickly approaching so I had no choice but to find another company (who quickly and happily completed the job in 2 days.)

I hadn't even thought of that. Now when I have to close them they will slide easier and not have leaves jammed in the tracks. I highly recommend him and like I will in the future have him schedule every few months so the walls are easier to clean. I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it.
