I originally just wanted my roof cleaned because it was very dirty. I was having severe issues with my home owners insurance as well as with the HOA (which in my opinion is a plague on everyone's existence). I did what everyone else would do and got a lot of quotes for the work. A lot of the quotes I received were to just pressure wash and clean my roof. I started to get an idea of how much this was going to cost. When I contacted Affordable Pressure Cleaning, they gave me an estimate based on my home address and what was available in the Broward County public information. It was the best price thus far. Then he gave me an estimate to pressure wash and clear the entirety of the exterior of my house (extras included my patios (front and back), the screen enclosure for my pool, my windows, and the exterior side walls of my house. The price for everything altogether was comparable to the prices everyone else offered for just my roof. Given the 5-star reviews online and the awesome deal proposed, I hired Affordable Pressure Cleaning. They did what they said they were going to do and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for you for your cleaning needs. read more

"Affordable?" Maybe. "Reliable?" Unfortunately, not for me. I needed a job done that had a hard deadline from the city. I called the number here on Yelp and spoke to a gentleman who asked for some pictures of the job. He gave me a quote and scheduled a date for service a couple of weeks later. That day arrives and I call in the morning to find out what time they would be arriving. He says that it wasn't scheduled for today but the next day. Not a problem, I said. Could easily have been my mistake. He says he will call me when they are coming. The next day, there is no word from anyone. I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. Deadline was quickly approaching so I had no choice but to find another company (who quickly and happily completed the job in 2 days.) read more

No show! We called twice during the day, they didn't pick up the phone - called again, shockingly the phone was answered and we were told they were busy and would show up before sundown. No show again. Used them once before, did a half decent job but wouldn't call again - totally unreliable and disappointing. read more

I have used Affordable Pressure Cleaning the last three times I've power washed my house. This time he's also repairing my brick pavers, removing cloudy sealant from a previous company, sanding and resealing about 3000 sq ft of pavers. I'll never use anyone else. Gunnar and his guys are absolutely fastidious and no detail gets left behind. I don't have an "after" photo right now because they're out there working hard but I did notice when they took my flag down before power washing, they took the time to fold it nicely and leave it in a dry secure place. Call Gunnar and Affordable. You won't be anything bUt impressed. read more

As I look for another company to pressure wash our house, I'm reminded of our experience last year with Affordable Initial contact & setup with Gunnar was very quick, easy and efficient They initially said morning job Then, they didn't come til the afternoon First bad sign Guys came out and spent the afternoon on roof, back patio, driveway and house Place looked great Then- I had to spend $600-700 repairing electrical and lighting fixtures that were damaged Informed Gunnar No response except that 'it definitely didn't have anything to do with the washing' Electrician disagreed 100% Obviously we're looking for a different company now that they've lost repeat business You've been warned read more

These guys saved the day! My kids drone decided to land on my roof. After contacting several roofing companies that were trying to charge absurd fees for a simple 5min job, Affordable reached out to me and said they would try and send someone out to do us the favor. Sure enough, that evening one of their employees reached out, showed up on time and was up his ladder and down with the drone in seconds. My son smiled, and I tipped him $50 for a 10min visit. Not because everyone charged me, but because the willingness to help surpassed the greed of business exhibited by other local roofers. read more

Apparently I am not the only one with a no-show. I have a small amount of roof shingles that need cleaning. In calling APC late December, Gunnar said he could not see until early January and we set up an appointment for Jan 4th morning at 8am. Sadly, when I called at 8:30am, he stated he screwed up, but could come in the afternoon. Not only did he NOT show up, he has not contacted me since. I realize that my need to small, but he should not have committed if he was not interested in the job. This is the most frustrating waste of my time, as I have gotten prices from other firms. read more

Wow!!! First and last words For Affordable Pressure Cleaning! Serious potential customers should know his prices are competitive, and he is licensed/insured. Before he left my property he texted me before and after pictures and I could believe it, I showed all my co-workers at lunch the second I received them. He left my property in the same clean condition it was in when he arrived with one exception - the roof was disgusting before and now it's immaculate!! A few new tiles stuck out (see before photo) and now you can barely tell because it all looks so clean, almost new! Thank you Gunnar for your service and professionalism! WOW!!! read more

I, without reservation, strongly recommend Affordable Pressure Cleaning if you're looking for the perfect crew for your next power washing project. Gunnar and his team are punctual, affordable, and his work is really, really fantastic. He has done 3 power washing jobs for me in the last 2 months and I could not be happier with the results. I run a professional service here in Miami and know all to well how hard it can be to find reliable work here. Not so with Affordable.. 1 phone call to Gunnar and he is on top of everything! The first project he completed for me was the deep cleaning and degreasing of the commercial kitchens here on Ocean Drive at the Versace Mansion. Being it's a 40 million dollar property and a huge project, I was extremely pleased to see the results of his crews work. He completed the job ahead of schedule all during Memorial Day Weekend. Next, Affordable began power washing work at a modern 10ksqft residential property on the Venetian Causeway for one of my longest and best customers, so professionalism and top quality work again were of utmost importance. I had them clean 3 sidewalks, 1 driveway, 3 patios, and two 4th floor roof decks of natural coral stone. Needless to say, they turned out new and I got a message from the client a few days later about how excited they were to see how well the project went. Gunnar even cleared the all the roof drains before he left for them! Without a doubt, my company Miami Shine will be using Gunnar and Affordable Pressure Cleaning for all of our power washing needs here in Miami. Gunnar has exceeded my expectations 3 times now and that says a lot coming from someone in the cleaning industry for over a decade, especially here in Miami and South Beach. I'll post some pictures of the jobs I took so everyone can see for the results for themselves. read more

Absolutelety fake reviews! They will take your deposit and disappear. I had to call police on them. Beware.

I was quickly contacted after sending inquiry about their services. I asked him to walk me through the process, services provided, and their fees. He was able to do the job the next day. They sent me they sent me a video of their work. I was very pleased. Would recommend them as a service provider. read more

I had been rescheduling with another pressure cleaning company numerous times and the dates kept changing. I called Gunnar and in less than an hour they were at my residence. There is no doubt I will always call them for future cleaning. I give them 10 Stars. read more

This review is long overdue. I had my house power washed 6 months ago and I was pleased with the service. The website states that Gunner will respond immediately so I decided to test it out and he passed. I received an immediate response and he was available to pressure wash the same day. The power wash service was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and as the business name states- Affordable. I will continue to use his service. read more

Phenomenal service. Gunnar and his guys (Adam and Tyler) are really great. They offered very useful do's and don'ts information when we were researching pressure cleaners in our area. They scheduled us within a couple of days, took care of the job within a couple of hours, and even returned the next day when I requested that they return to address a "missed spot." No hassle at all. Really appreciate when a business goes above and beyond to make things right. We will be long time clients, and will recommend to our family, friends, neighbors and social connections. read more

Gunnar and his team did a great job and had reasonable pricing. They cleaned our roof, windows, driveway, fencing and pavers in 3 hours.

I know how hard it is to find good quality work and repair people in South Florida. Gunner and his team were Awesome!! Gunner pressure washed our white tile roof, it looks great! He took pictures of the roof and informed us that we had some broken tiles. We had him replace the tiles and repair an end cap. Once again, great job! They cleaned up after themselves and were very careful around our property. We will be using them again and I would highly recommend Affordable Pressure Cleaning. read more

I contracted with Affordable Pressure Cleaning to clean my mildew covered  roof.  I didn't know anything about this company except that I was referred to them by a friend that works at a company that sells pressure cleaning equipment to the trade.  The worker who did the power washing did an outstanding job. He was tenaciously thorough.  Additionally, after he cleaned the roof, he cleaned  each and every walkway, the concrete benches and the driveway. He cleaned until everything sparkled..   I will utilize Affordable's services in the future and will recommend them to anyone that might inquire.  They were easy to work with and their price was most reasonable which is refreshing. read more

Gunnar did a great job for us on short notice. We were selling our house and needed to get the roof looking good, but our regular guy was out of town. He came in, did the job, cleaned up after and made sure he didn't hurt our landscaping. He was cheaper and better than our now-former guy and is going to be doing the roof at our new place. read more

So pleased! Affordable Pressure Cleaning responded to our RFQ immediately, provided a reasonable price, & came the following day. Gunnar was on time, professional, thorough, accommodating, & had state of the art equipment. He moved (then put back) anything that was in his way, had us inspect upon completion to be sure that we were satisfied, & cleaned up completely. What more could you ask for?? We will definitely use Affordable Pressure Cleaning again & recommend Gunnar highly to friends, family & neighbors. Oh, & P.S. - he ANSWERS his phone!!! Gunnar returned my call in record time and set up a schedule to clean my back porch and my driveway. Hurricane Irma left a big mess but to be fair my back porch hadn't been pressure cleaned in about 15 years! Gunnar did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning it and it looks great. My driveway was installed in 2005 or whenever Hurricane Wilma hit. I was supposed to have it stained and sealed every couple of years but I didn't. As a result of that and Hurricane Irma it was a mess too. Not anymore! Gunnar performed his magic on the front too! What a difference. A lot of times I put off doing things because I don't know who to call for the job. I won't have to worry about that anymore. Gunnar's price was very reasonable and he performed the job quickly and efficiently. No drama involved! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I had a fantastic experience with Affordable Pressure Cleaning. I needed a small, single family home pressure washed just to spruce it up. Response time to my inquiry was within 5 minutes and Gunnar was quick to look up my property and give me a price in about another 5 minutes. He was flexible and extremely accommodating in scheduling my job for the following day and maintained quick and clear communication via text throughout. He showed up on time, did great work and was an overall pleasure to deal with. Finally, I did find his price affordable, and he washed a couple extra areas for me as a courtesy. He meets the three impossible qualifiers: fast, good and inexpensive. Plus, he's just seems to me a very nice guy. I can highly recommend Affordable Pressure Cleaning without hesitation.
