That day arrives and I call in the morning to find out what time they would be arriving. He says that it wasn't scheduled for today but the next day. Not a problem, I said. Could easily have been my mistake. He says he will call me when they are coming. The next day, there is no word from anyone. I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. I have used Affordable Pressure Cleaning the last three times I've power washed my house. This time he's also repairing my brick pavers, removing cloudy sealant from a previous company, sanding and resealing about 3000 sq ft of pavers. I'll never use anyone else. I originally just wanted my roof cleaned because it was very dirty. I was having severe issues with my home owners insurance as well as with the HOA (which in my opinion is a plague on everyone's existence). I did what everyone else would do and got a lot of quotes for the work. A lot of the quotes I received were to just pressure wash and clean my roof. I started to get an idea of how much this was going to cost. When I contacted Affordable Pressure Cleaning, they gave me an estimate based on my home address and what was available in the Broward County public information. It was the best price thus far. Then he gave me an estimate to pressure wash and clear the entirety of the exterior of my house (extras included my patios (front and back), the screen enclosure for my pool, my windows, and the exterior side walls of my house. Apparently I am not the only one with a no-show. I have a small amount of roof shingles that need cleaning. In calling APC late December, Gunnar said he could not see until early January and we set up an appointment for Jan 4th morning at 8am. Sadly, when I called at 8:30am, he stated he screwed up, but could come in the afternoon. Not only did he NOT show up, he has not contacted me since. I contracted with Affordable Pressure Cleaning to clean my mildew covered  roof.  I didn't know anything about this company except that I was referred to them by a friend that works at a company that sells pressure cleaning equipment to the trade.  The worker who did the power washing did an outstanding job. Gunnar returned my call in record time and set up a schedule to clean my back porch and my driveway. Hurricane Irma left a big mess but to be fair my back porch hadn't been pressure cleaned in about 15 years! Gunnar did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning it and it looks great. My driveway was installed in 2005 or whenever Hurricane Wilma hit. I was supposed to have it stained and sealed every couple of years but I didn't.
