We used Ross Brothers for a major renovation of our home. Everything they did was as if we were their top customer. This was over 2 years ago - but I'd recommend them even more now. Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling! Just wow! This is the type of service that makes me a lifetime customer and I'd recommend them to anyone doing a small or large renovation.

I immediately remembered using A+ years ago and being so impressed with their knowledge and honesty. My husband called & left a message (it was a Sunday afternoon). We were concerned about being without air because the outside temperatures were in the upper 90's. We got a return call within the hour and they said they could come out the next day around noon. When the tech, Louis, arrived he began inspecting the unit and discovered what might be the reason it wasn't cooling, as well as what was causing the smell.
