The first time we used him, I was there and all was great! The 2nd time I used him and was not in state, he left a lot of water in the garage and watered down boxes of my newer tiles... just awful. Plus would not send me pictures. I had to send a neighbor over to sweep out the garage and remove the tiles from the boxes to dry them out. When I called him and sent him the pictures from my neighbor, he was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Yes, I paid him and said he no longer had access to our community as I reported him to the HOA, along with pictures and his rude texts. Dave was awesome. Showed up on time and took care of my patio, walls and driveway. He took special care as to not damage my plants or lawn while he had a tough issue with my wall that is constantly stained from the sprinklers and my dogs jumping against the wall with muddy paws. He also did my moms house and she thought he was perfect compared to the last guy she used. He took special care around her orchids. He also took the time to wash out her accordian shutter tracks. I hadn't even thought of that. Now when I have to close them they will slide easier and not have leaves jammed in the tracks. I highly recommend him and like I will in the future have him schedule every few months so the walls are easier to clean. He tries to do the very quickest job and rushes through the job applying little to no pressure and chlorine spraying the house like you could do yourself with your own hose. He is not prompt, blames it on weather, tells you he will return during a more opportune time, and does not make a specific appointment for his return visit. Many of The things that come out of his mouth are very unprofessional, vulgar language and talks bad about minorities, if you say anything about his work, he argues. I would stay away. read more

Called Dave based on good Yelp reviews this past Monday. Made an appointment with him to come pressure wash our house for Thursday. When Thursday came, he sent a text message canceling and rescheduling to Friday, which is not a big deal. Friday comes, no communication or contact, by 3 pm I sent a text asking for status and was told "tomorrow"... I guess he was going to just not let me know unless I reached out. A horrible experience! Dave's Pressure Cleaning used chemicals to power wash my roof. The runoff from the chemicals damaged the grass, shrubs, and trees around my property. After initially agreeing to pay for the damage, the company has not responded to any of my calls or texts. When my attorney attempted to serve him with a demand letter requesting them to pay for the damages, the company refused service. The process server served them anyway. Of course, nobody from the company has since contacted me or my attorney in an effort to resolve my complaint. Buyer beware! read more

I hired these guys for two of my properties one in Boca Raton and other in Coral Springs, based on their good review. I am giving one star for reasonable cost and quick response. These guys are using very strong chemical to clean roof. They don't even cover plants and grass properly. All my grass was yellow after they left. It also killed few of my expensive plants. My house from outside was smelling very bad (smell of bleach) for week. They din't even clean roof at my Coral springs good. When I complained they promised to come back in two days and its been 2 weeks and no one has responded back yet. I would recommend to stay away from this guy. read more
