We hired Enrique to pressure wash our pavers and pool screened area. He is pleasant; communicative; prompt; and professional. He texted when he was on his way. The prices he quoted were fair. He worked really hard to do the job right and also gave his opinion when it appeared that work didn't yet need to be done (e.g., resealing the pool pavers). I would not hesitate to re-hire Enrique again to work on our house. Really happy with the experience. read more

We had the pleasure of meeting Enrique for an estimate to clean our windows this week. His price was very fair and reasonable. Because of his affable personality we felt comfortable hiring him straight away. A few days later he was available to do our job. Enrique was extremely kind and polite. He worked really hard and did an excellent job. He will become a regular part of our home maintenance in the coming months. read more

Excellent work from this new company that I found on Yelp....as we were looking to get our driveway power washed 407 Services responded very quickly to my request. Enrique was going to come the same day I communicated to him but he had to reschedule for the next day which was fine. He arrived the next day, called to make sure we knew he was on the way. Upon arrival he laid out the plan as to what he was going to do, including the driveway, sides, curbs, as well as the front entrance of our house....he did more than he needed to and still charged us a very reasonable price. (We had another company power wash our driveway in the past but they were not as thorough and charged us way more money.) The work from Enrique and 407 Services was impeccable and his diligence was first class. I would recommend him for his services and use this company again. I rarely give 5 stars but this company definitely deserves it! read more

We hired Enrique to pressure wash our driveway and clean all of our windows. He did an amazing job at a fair price. Great customer service, great communication both in providing a quote and letting me know ahead of time that he would be arriving soon. But even more important than that, he did great work and my driveway and windows have never looked better. read more

Wish I had before pictures. Side away from sun had some serious mold growth. Came and did work efficiently and quickly. Appreciated that he texted me for communication when he was outside and I was inside. Meant he didn't send my dogs off into a barking frenzy by ringing doorbell. read more

407 services did an amazing job pressure washing our driveway, sidewalk, and front porch! Enrique responded within minutes of me requesting a quote and came out to our house just days later. He did a fantastic job and charged us a very fair price! Our driveway is covered with large oak trees and getting it clean is almost possible but he was able to make it look new! I needed all of our windows cleaned both inside and out for the upcoming holidays. I selected Enrique's 407 Services due to comments submitted by previous customers. I texted him photos of all my windows and he quickly (within an hour) submitted an estimate. I hired him and within a day or so he was here and completed the task in an outstanding manner. We are so pleased with his work we will definitely hire him again as soon as our windows need another cleaning. He worked over 7 hours and was engaging, communicative and never slowed down. I thank my luck in finding a pro that rakes pride in what he does and kept me informed of his progress. Reasonably priced and worth every bit of it. read more
