We had an area around the base of the chimney that needed to be sealed. The person that scheduled my inspection warned me that they would likely recommend a new roof, but that also they could recommend someone else that could repair mine so I agreed. As expected, I was told they would only quote me for a new roof which was about $100,000. When I asked for a referral for a repair, the person said they don't really know anyone they just refer people to the largest roofing company in the area. What a waste of my time. I was hoping at least to get a referral to a good company.

Luckily, I was able to find a roofing company that exceeded all my expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction and value. Chris was able to go over all the details from our roofing questions and was patient with us when choosing the right shingles for our roof. The process was pretty smooth. Once we were able to schedule a date for project start, all we had to do was wait; unfortunately we did have one delay only because weather didn't allow the project to commence. But the very next day, they got it done. I'm so happy with the final product. We take pride in our community's appearance, and I'd like to thank Heart of Florida Roofing for contributing a positive and beautiful look on our house along with others in our neighborhood.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

Even better, my dog loves him and that dog doesn't love anyone but me and one of my daughters. We lucked out from the perspective of weather. No rain the entire day. The dumpster arrived. The crew arrived just after 7am and completed a new roof on a two-story residence by the end of the day. Punch list items and clean up finished the following morning. Price was entirely reasonable and within $200 of the quote despite the crew uncovering some unexpected roof damage. This how a project should be performed. I rarely give 5-star reviews but if my Mutt could vote, he'd give Johnson Roofing another star. Regrettably, no opposable thumbs.
