Mark also caused a very big mess in two places in which a bird border should have been used. The roofer told me that he had no business being on a roof because of the poor quality of work. He breached his contract by not using the the material he stated, he did not clean the roof before applying coating over leaves and dirt, he spilled coating causing many splatters on small patio, bricks and flower pots. The coating also clogged a down spout. He walked on the metal lani roof which does not support weight and caused leaks. We eventually filed a small claims against him in Polk county and we received judgement against him. Stay clear of this guy even though he presents himself well in the interview stage.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. I was in need of a quote for a roof repair and since this company had good reviews and was nearby…read moreby my zip code I decided to give them a call. There was a quick response as to when they can come out and inspect. I had a gut feeling when the female rep over the phone had asked how old my roof was that they were planning on trying to sell me a whole roof repair quote. But I gave them a chance and have them inspect and take a look. 2 men pulled up on the driveway and introduced themselves. I allowed them to go ahead and inspect. The inspection took awhile so I knew then they were inspecting the whole roof and not only the problem area I addressed only. When they were done with the inspection the sales manager I believe gave me a folder pamphlet with papers and quotas of 2 price point. He gave me a FULL ROOF REPAIR quote. And not a SPOT REPAIR that I anticipated. He mentioned having the insurance come up to cover costs and also perhaps deal with legal action if insurance do not want to cover. He then mentioned he knows a "legal" person to contact if I needed it. That part of the volunteered info in my opinion I knew I need to find another company to deal with my issue. When I asked him - If he can just fix the issue I need to have fixed he blew it off and had no answer. I knew then this company only deal and want FULL ROOF REPAIRS from customers if not they feel its a waste of time I guess. He stated to me he will email the pictures they took of my whole roof so I can show the insurance company. I NEVER received those photos up to this day. They probably perhaps do good roof work via reviews on here however I think they only deal with FULL ROOF REPAIRS and not partial or spot repairs. I got my roof repaired elsewhere.
