From sending thugs and hoodlums to work in my house, (later I found out they were drinking alcohol on the job) to leaving shards of glass on my lawn. I could go on and on.. If you value your home I would keep this company far away from it! Update, I'm still living with windows and doors that were installed poorly and it shows. I've always tried to do my research and select reputable companies to work with. The products speak for themselves- Renewal by Anderson is number 1 in the industry for a reason. Their products are excellent and they cover the sale, installation and quality checks that other companies do not provide. Not to mention they provide an excellent value. In both installations the installers were timely, professional, polite, thorough and clean. They spent the time needed to prepare the area so that there would be no problems. The Installation Project Lead for this installation- Gomey was great, his team worked well together and I we will recommend Anderson whenever the occasion arises.

When the scheduled date and time arrived, no one showed up. I contacted renewal by Anderson and they said they had no record of any scheduled consultation. As I said I was not instilled with much confidence in this company so I will look to another company which will hopefully have better business practices.

They explained that they…read moreare working through some issues with their new hurricane door distributor and assigned their operations manager, Patricia, to ensure all my concerns were addressed. My door has been repaired, and they are compensating me for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. I should also note that my mother purchased hurricane-rated impact French doors for her patio at the same time I ordered my front door from Sunset View. They did an excellent job with that installation. I would likely use Sunset View again in the future.
