Great service and value. Professional crew took their time and the job right. Will recommend them to anyone needing o door replacement

Professional, prompt quality work and great communication and materials. Will use them again if I ever needs doors

Bad products and service. Stay Away We requested a warranty service for a glass door with interior blinds. Tech came on site, looked at it and said, "Yep, its broke, about 8 weeks to get in a replacement then we'll schedule the work" . The 3 minutes he was here could have been done with a video that I could have sent in. Hoorible service. Screen door, screen got riped as they do. "Sorry we can't re-screen that door" This is after I was told over and over by the sales team, "of course it can be replaced. It can be service". No warranty, I get that but, it can't have a screenreplace, as a $1,000 screen door should be. Horrible product and service. read more

I started with Parsa charging me $20 on a credit card just to come out to give me an estimate? Ok. Once receiving quote asked to proceed and get job done. Offered to pay cash as work accomplished. No! $1800.00 up front. I'll pick up check tomorrow. No, I'll pay with secure credit card. We do not take credit cards. But you just did for $20. So I put in fraud with card and got my $20 back. In mean time searching, office on site address is his home, presumably. No office building or warehouse. Then I just received an e-mail for a bill from Door Homes LLc for $645.00. Included Delivery, labor and removal. None is true as suspected complete fraud of reviews (people are able to hire or do themselves) and company in my opinion, only to cover myself. In meantime his reference to myself of fellow Parisian lost a 18K job of roof replacement. After 30 days now, I still have not gotten a quote when promised 8 days. Next quote estimate to come out was 15 minutes after accessing roof. Take it or judge of own self. Very nice however. How much can you afford nice is the question, in my opinion only? I've been around the block and very true, buyer beware. Packaged nicely have received, until too late. Only in my own opinion, I felt and caught vs the risk. I do not see any verified users of this business, do you? I'm verified experience only. read more

The door at the back of the house had some dry rot and the frame was warped, so it would not close properly and let out a lot of the air conditioning. Door Home Installation replaced the back door with a new wood surround and new lock set, it turned out very nice and next we hope to remove 2 back windows and have these guys install a slider door next. read more

Door Home scheduled me for a door replacement after the boss himself came to look at the project. He was very polite and on time knowing they have other jobs in the queue being after the hurricane. The technicians were on time and cleaned up after finishing the job. They came to replace a door that was leaking and rotting after the hurricane. They took away the old door and replaced with the new one. The technician was very complete and precise. He sealed all the gaps with the silicone and foam spray I bought and the door opens and close smoothly. The technician asked to test the door after installation and the lock was a little tight to close. I asked to make less tight and he immediately fixed it and it was smooth just the way I want it. Everything is tight like a tank. He did an outstanding job and I am very impressed with the end results. Door Home is very affordable and I absolutely recommend this company. This is a company that stands out for their quality of work. Thanks. Alan C. read more

I had several awful closet doors that had to be replaced over and over again, for years. They were those horrible bifold doors that always come off the tracks and break. Problem solved. This crew did an amazing job! They were on time, accommodating if I had to reschedule, helped me to pick the paint color, allowed me to change my plan MIDWAY through the job, and more importantly (which most companies would never do); there was a color discrepancy that would've ruined the whole look of one of the rooms. They called me in to tell me they didn't want to continue painting the room with that color because they could tell it was several shades different than my other doors. They came up with a solution and continued on. Most companies would've completed the job and just said, "you gave us the paint. We used what you told us to". This is an incredible team. I highly recommend them. ... and by the way, did I mention these were all custom-made doors, new frames included. They are beautiful!!! read more

Very satisfied with this job, I had so many doors that needed to be installed (French doors, barn door, ...). They are very on time, and professional. The way they do the work is spotless since I am living in this house. When they leave my home, it feels like they have never been here, no dusty floor or furniture. I would recommend this company read more

Parsa and his team did an amazing job on my front door. I was replacing an old antique door that was a non-standard size and was falling apart but had beautiful stained glass. I had trouble even finding someone who would do the work when they heard the measurements. Parsa came over and removed the framing and determined he could reframe and either use a standard size or cut a wood door to the non-standard size, if I preferred. They removed and preserved the stained glass, which I am framing for art. Put in a standard sized door (which is better for the long term) and then meticulously finished the wood door I selected. He came on multiple days to sand, stain and finish the door. Just hired him to replace an exterior side door at my son's which is water damaged. Highly recommend! read more

Parsa and his team - from initial contact, to appointment scheduling, to sliding glass door replacement (performed by Edward) - did an excellent job. Edward arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and a true problem solver. The door (more than 20 year old door) replacement was a bit challenging, however, Edward was able to remove it and install the replacement after cleaning and lubricating the slider track. I When he finished, he cleaned the area. Great work!! read more
