11-2025. As with the many other reviews, I had a VERY positive experience with Beacon Windows. Steve (old schooler with experience) and Lizette (owners) came out, and were very knowledgeable. My 4 panel sliding glass doors had a challenging impingement issue from the sagging concrete flooring above my lanai. They had addressed the same issue in another building in my complex; that customer of theirs is where I received the recommend. My job was a difficult and challenging, but they did a FANTASTIC job, and they did a lot of work to bring it back in full functionality, in a way that would LAST. Double aluminum headers were placed, structural aluminum throughout. The windows refurbished with new glass. Then stuccoing, cleanup, and more. The crew was wonderful, worked hard, and I was very happy with their work. (This means something, because I am very picky about what is good work and not so good). I would highly recommend them to others, especially if you have an impingement problem. I am sure the work THEY do, is far above their most of their competitors. They did what they said they would do, did a great job, AND where VERY considerate of keeping costs down. (IMO, a combination that is not so common now a days) One of the most important things about Beacon, is they are very committed to keeping up their reputation, and doing a good job for their customers. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a sliding glass door with a broken frame so bad that the glass was falling out. Beacon gave me a thorough estimate which wasn't cheap but they were highly recommended so I trusted that it was fair. Not only were they able to work me in earlier than promised, they fixed the door for way less money than the original estimate. They could have charged me much more but they are honest and have integrity. The men who came, Julio and Rudolph were prompt, polite and professional. Lizette, the owner of Beacon Windows, was amazing to deal with. She runs her business like many others should. She calls you back, answers all your questions, and reassures you every step of the way. She gave me a quote of what it would cost for refurbishing 2 triple panel sliding doors. I was prepared for the price. However, when Onel, and Rodolfo showed up, they informed me of what all they were going to refurbish. They kept me posted on every thing they did replace. I ended up spending 1/2 of what was originally quoted thanks to Onel and Rodolfo only fixing what was really needed. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Loved that they wore masks - important to me. The job was completed in May and they did a great job repairing my sliding doors. However, the weather stripping fell off day 2 and I have contacted the manager David and the company several times to please have someone come and repair it. It would be no more than a 15 minute fix - new weatherstripping that is securely attached this time. They responded a month ago, said they were busy but that they would get someone there. They never have. So their rating has dropped because they are not willing to stand by their work 7/21/2020 Update - A Beacon Windows team returned to fix the weather stripping and they were great. Came in to replace the glass and refurbished the frames. 1/3rd the price of new sliding doors. Steve gave the original quote and sent 2 workers to remove the doors and frames. The workers were a few hours late, and as usual it took longer than expected to remove. We have a very strict HOA rules, and it becomes stressful when we have to be working right up to the limit on time. We had Beacon come back out to the unit for a few adjustments "3" times so far, but finally got the doors straightened out. But still working on a pretty large gap when you close the sliding glass doors. Will finish posting when they show up to finish. read more

We could not be happier after a team from Beacon Windows turned two heavy sliding glass doors from operating/sounding like a train bumping along a rickety old track to making those sliders silent (!) and easy, easy, easy to open and close. Fantastic company. Justin & Kemeyon came today and they know storm/hurricane doors & windows inside-out. We have 160 mph rated PGT sliders and windows. They needed to be correctly adjusted, seated and sealed against water & wind intrusion. They did a super job and were very easy to have working in our home. Once again, Beacon Windows came to my rescue. I called Lizette this morning to see if I could get someone to fix my slider. It wasn't closing properly and I thought something was stuck under the door. She had Onel come out on the same day and he fixed it right away. The door had come off the track and I didn't see that. Two very capable and very polite young men arrived on time to our Clearwater Beach Condo and worked diligently to replace the rollers and the weather stripping on our very heavy sliding glass doors. One door was so damaged that we couldn't slide it at all from it's locked position. Within 2 hours all 3 doors worked perfectly and they even cleaned the glass! I had the guys out from Beacon Windows yesterday and was totally impressed with their service, speed, and cleanliness! The main office had given me a quote for a worst case scenario for fixing my doors - they were nearly impossible to open because they had never had new rollers or been adjusted. Turned out that my tracks were fine - so that saved me a couple hundred dollars, and took less time that they had originally told me. Fantastic customer service! I have a 12th floor corner condo, with three balconies and three sets of sliding glass doors. Since I moved in 5 years ago I haven't even bothered trying to open one of them because it was so hard to move. The other two were a little better, but still very hard to open. And much worse, they all let in water every time it rained if the wind was blowing, causing damage to my new wood floors. One of my neighbors recommended Beacon to me, so I gave them a call. Lizette was wonderful, spent lots of time explaining the process and what Beacon would do to repair the water damage as well as make the doors slide open much more smoothly. Once they began work (right on schedule), the crew was amazing - a group of young men who were unfailing polite to me and each other, cleaned up after themselves, moved things out of the way without being asked. In the three days they spent here, I didn't once hear any of them swear or say anything out of line to each other, even when they didn't know I could hear them. Really impressive to see such great and respectful working relationships. In addition, Lizette's son Jonathan went above and beyond to find new handles with locks for the doors. With my ex-broken back it had become impossible for me to open the main set of three large sliders to our condo balcony on the Gulf on Indian Rocks Beach. Time to call for help but I was only five years out from our last slider repair and didn't want to make another mistake. I went looking online and found Beacon Windows and read their reviews. I am so glad that I did and called them. I was initially blown away by the owner, Lizette's, five point education on revamping those 35 year old doors versus the alternative of very expensive replacements. When I heard "stainless steel rollers" I was sold. Harrison and Jeremy were there within 2 days to repair all five sliders. They were great; professional, hardworking, knew their job, courteous and respectful me and our condo. They worked non-stop until the job was done which was a good five hours. They entirely disassembled the sliders and checked on every aspect Lizette had said they would repairing only what was necessary. Before they were done, they included me in the process to be sure the doors were easy for me to open. They made an adjustment on one with the weather stripping and voila, all was well.
