They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense.
