We agreed on an estimate, and the crew arrived two days earlier than expected, the resurfacing work was exceptional. They meticulously chipped out the old plaster around the perimeter and outlet ports, then plastered the pool with the color I selected. The transformation was incredible--my pool went from a zero to a ten! They also replaced all the drain and port covers.
