He asked a few specific questions about the door to see if it was possible to do the install. Once it was determined it could be done, he sent me a link to the glass insert manufacturer he uses to make my choice. I contacted Chuck a couple of days later with my choice. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work. He was done and in about 30 minutes and had the door back on the hinges. I am very happy with my choice and Chuck's workmanship. I would highly recommend his work.

In total we had 8 screens replaced and are very happy. Quality of work was great and both installers Mike and Andrew were professional and courteous. Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. I will use them again. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

Recently I purchased a slider from window world, the experience was less than perfect. I will say…read morethe installers - outside contractors did a wonderful job. The office staff appeared over worked and Jaime was both unprofessional and condescending. I also spoke with Jazmine who did her best and was at least believable. The issue was the salesperson Judy decided to charge extra for custom cedar trim which we did agree to however this was not conveyed to the office staff which resulted in the installers not having it with them. I didn't think this would be a problem however when I spoke with Jaime she explained in her unprofessional tone that it was 4:00 and the office was closing but she would credit me with two of the three pieces of custom trim which resulted in me paying an extra $184. I won't do business with window world or Michael Tillman again they clearly don't care about the customer, repeat business or just doing what's right
