He took the time to make sure that I fully understood all the options available to me. I decided on hurricane windows and Matt gave us a great price for a great window. It took a few weeks to get the product, but as soon as they came in they sent an installer right away. The installation went super. They were very careful with removing and installing the windows, and did a total clean up before they left. One of the windows was delivered wrong from the supplier but Becky stayed in touch with me throughout the process. As soon as the replacement came they installed it. Very happy with my purchase.

The minute he got my check on Jan 21 and cashed it on Jan 23 I didnt hear back from him although he told me someone would be out by the 23rd to measure. No one showed up so the I patiently waited for the entire next week. I called the office the next week and no one answered. Well this made me nervous since he had my money and was a no show now no answer at his office. I left him a message that I would be cancelling the check if I did not hear back from him. Well that got a response from him and he had an attitude with me. Told me his office girl was sick and he never stated he would send someone out to measure that week. He talks ALOT and kept talking over me after I let him give me his excuses. So I started talking over him and an argument ensued so he said he would cancel the contract. That was PERFECT for me. He even bragged how when he came to my house he took the time to "TEACH" me how to run my video equipment. I never asked him for the advice and he took up a lot of me time running his mouth and when I was just wanting to get him out of there. He did the same "I know it all" advice when he came out for the house windows. Cancelling the contract was the best move for me since I saved $600 by having the same guy who put the screened in room in initially install the windows. Be cautious with this guy. He has a horrible attitude and like others said his customer service is terrible. Read his reviews and see how he responds to the negative ones.

Alex came to our home and sold us windows for the entire house. We were excited to purchase locally, and support small business. We paid a 60% deposit & were told our windows would be installed in three weeks. That was mid-August. Three weeks later, I never heard from Alex and I texted to inquire about the status. He replied, "I thought your windows were installed already." He didn't know? Shocking! We then were told WE had to print and sign documents and start the permit process, which should have been done the same week he took our money...it was not! Now, we were being handed this to do the week we were supposed to have installation scheduled. We had a tree fall on our home, damaging windows so I needed a receipt showing I paid for at least the broken window to submit to my insurance claim. I had paid $6k deposit, so that window surely was NOT that amount, but Anna in Accounting refused to help me here despite my repeated requests. Now it was October and windows still had not been installed. They told us with days notice they were finally coming. I work from home so I was here for the entire installation. Day 1 was fine. No complaints. But day 2, the big bay window, the front feature and focal point of my house was being installed. The installers put it in and left literal open spaces where nails didn't even properly meet up with the edge of the home. Not even a shim to get it flush. I was concerned and questioned their installation process. The installers only speak Russian so can't communicate. He used an app and told me "why are you complaining, I've seen much worse on most jobs."He was basically telling me he was going to put it in and hope the city inspector would just pass it. They spent hours outside arguing in Russian (I used my translator to listen to what they said) and I over heard them saying it was not measured properly. That was on them. Their team measured. I spoke to the manager and Alex and asked that this window be replaced. They refused, sent the installer to get wood and patched right over the gaping holes. They needed to have one more day to install in our house and we had to be home. I had to work outside the home that day so my husband took the day off to be home to let them in to install. At 1:00, nobody had showed so he took a day off for nothing! A wasted vacation day and no communication from their team. He walked outside the bedrooms as saw our brand new windows left laying in the yard against the fence overnight. They didn't even care about our product we paid thousands for...just left it in my yard. Horrible! So we called Alex, explained the awful communication, he promised another bay window would be rebuilt and installed...it wasn't. Then they said they were just going to wait for the inspector and if she said it was no good, only then would they fix it. The window is installed improperly. It fogs every morning but the other windows installed do not. They told me every lie possible about the install. "We purposely leave a 1/2 inch gap so the window can swell in the heat." NO, not fine with me when I paid a lot of money for these windows. Oh, and they forgot to build my garage window all together. Just "forgot it." So, I'm still over here waiting for the city inspector to come Monday when I will show him the videos and photos I took of the shotty installation and foggy windows. Maybe he will say they need to be replaced. We requested to have the owner call my husband. Anna sends lengthy emails deferring to "policies" and telling us to email the owner. He refuses to call my husband. This is how they treat customers. Alex is very present to make the sale and gone when you need him. Horrible service and even worse communications. What good is a 10 year warranty if you can't get anyone before the install even happens or during the install process? Buyer beware. This company doesn't care about customers. They only want your money. I am even now getting invoices for the remaining balance before the city has signed off...not a penny more will go to them until the city signs off and I get my window receipt for insurance. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I wish I had paid more to go with a bigger brand name. My windows would have been put in properly and maybe communications would have been better.
