Truly a 5-star operation…read more Jim was extremely helpful in getting me a new roof that's completely covered under warranty. He was prompt from start to finish: he returned calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, and kept me updated at every step. He was also very informative and made several recommendations I hadn't thought of that turned out to be spot on. For example, he advised me not to replace the roof with the same shingle, since there have been production issues with that line. I originally thought I only needed a repair, but Jim did all the legwork to get me a full new roof at no cost to me. His roofers, along with his pool solar and PV colleagues, are also top notch. Highly recommend!

After comparing online reviews, pricing, responsiveness, professionalism, and BBB ratings, BFARR Roofing stood out in every category, making them our top choice. From the very start, the process was seamless. BFARR kept us informed with regular updates on material delivery, the start date, and more. We were particularly impressed with Shane Emery, our BFARR representative. Shane was exceptional in communicating every step of the permitting process and other preparations necessary for our project. On the day the work began, Shane initiated a group text with the production manager, project manager, and sales manager, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Throughout the entire project, Shane provided us with regular progress reports, shared photos of the work, and met with us daily to discuss updates and address any questions we might have had. The project was completed with an attention to detail which exceeded our expectations. The work site was left immaculate--no debris, nails, or trash anywhere, and our plants had been carefully protected throughout the process. We cannot speak highly enough of BFARR Roofing, and Shane Emery in particular. The post-project follow-up was excellent, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the job. We wholeheartedly recommend BFARR Roofing for quality of work and value, and also strongly suggest requesting Shane Emery as your representative. A company is only as strong as the people who represent it, and Shane is without a doubt an asset/Ambassador for BFARR.
