Showed up 3 hours past the scheduled timeframe. Brought the wrong granite pieces and the wrong color. The employees had us call Ed and then Walter who both said they "don't know what happened." They also stole 3 pieces of granite from our home without our consent and is refusing to return them. Terrible management, workmanship, and professionalism.

I called the company immediately and with the owner got on the phone and was very rude he asked me if I spoke English because he said it was a mixup. He refused to even say he was sorry. It was extremely scary and upsetting. I do not suggest this company, they clearly do not have their stuff together and even when they make a mistake they blame you.

He was also great with communication via text and phone throughout the whole process. He brought samples of quartz with him the day of the estimate, and was helpful when trying to decide what would look best in our home according to the look we were going for. We had gotten other estimates as well, and Sean worked with us on his competitive pricing, which we feel was quite fair. We chose sparkling white quartz for our kitchen countertops, butlers pantry, loft wall desk, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. It was a beautiful choice, and it really brings a bright and sparkly pop to our home. His team did a great job installing all of our countertops throughout our home. They even went above and beyond to make a special cut (not an easy one!) in our backsplash for an outlet in our master bathroom that we didn't want to part with. At the end of installation, we got to go around and ask for any adjustments/leveling/extra caulking we felt was necessary. The team gladly made the adjustments, and cleaned up after themselves as well. We used Sean's recommended plumber (Lorenzo) for disconnecting and reconnecting all of the plumbing, and we are so very glad we did. Lorenzo was priced so well and fair, and he gladly came back the next day to adjust our sinks when we noticed they were slightly slanted, and not as level as we had thought they were the day before. Overall, we are happy with the choice we made in working with Sean and his team. The only downfall we would report is being the last installation on a Friday evening around 4pm. It was very apparent the team was tired after a long week, and was clear they wanted to go home after a long day. They were stuck at our home until around 7:45pm, and were getting antsy to head out (which, who wouldn't at almost 8pm on a Friday). With that said, the only thing we would recommend is to try and request an install in the beginning of the week (or mid week), and ask for the earliest possible appointment if you want to avoid a late night. We signed the contract in October, and they didn't start building until March. The waiting was very nerve-wracking. Melissa was fantastic, keeping us updated through the whole process. It just felt like the entire process took a lot longer compared to other screened porches. When they finally started, they were able to get the work done in a couple of days. The workers were great, and they were very detailed oriented. The final product was a beautiful screened-in porch that everyone loves. The one thing I love is the kick plates for the screened porch match the house. So it feels like an addition to the home. (They are one of the few places that finance, so they do work with you)
