Very messy caulk job. Gaps in the caulk, entire section of caulk missed. They chipped a piece on brand new cabinets, which they took off to fix (delaying completion by about a week) and they wanted my final payment before the cabinets were even repaired. These were all things that I found as the client. I would expect that they held their installers to that standard. I definitely felt like I was the inconvenience when all of this happened to me. I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!

I waited a long time to leave a review. But after looking at the countertops for 10 months, I just…read morecan't say they did a good job for all the $$$ spent. I had the counters in my kitchen and guest bath replaced with quartz countertops. The first time they arrived to remove and install the new tops they took out the counters and went they brought the new ones in the edges were the wrong cut. They had a straight edge and small bevel was listed on the quote. So, they had to leave and we had no countertops until they were recut. Not a great start but if the installed counters were perfect, I would not have cared. When they installed the counters the bath and half of the kitchen did not need any seams and they look perfect. The problem is they "had" to put in 2 seams to the largest run of counter. Advised this was due to the size of the elevator in the building. Never offered to hire a lift either. What we ended up with is 2 seams that are clearly visible on the most used sections of the counter that I see all the time. The seams are not perfectly level and the sealant they used is slightly darker that the very light color of the counters.

When I had questions she answered them quickly. I wanted one large piece with no seams and that's what they did. It was an easy and efficient experience with the installers as well. They did make some wall scuffs, but those are easily fixed and most likely because I requested one large slab, but I would do it again.
