I had known from the first contact with S&W that this would be the company that would be doing my Reno. Chelsea was my designer and what a fabulous job she did designing the perfect master bath. Robert was my project manager and was wonderful as well keeping me updated on what would be happening at each stage of the Reno. Anyone who entered my house was very professional, did the job they were assigned to complete. Job was completed in the time frame they had given me. I was also able to use plumbing fixtures from another source with no problems as well as the closet system. I highly recommend S&W as I will be using them for my next job coming up soon. I have added pictures of before and after. You will not be disappointed is you

On June 13, 2025, we signed a contract with them. Work began July 21, 2025. They finished on May 26, 2026. The contract stated that it would take 4 months, possibly 5, to complete the project. It took them 10 months to complete. There was a total of at least 15 weeks (a week being 5 consecutive working days, i.e., Wednesday through Tuesday) where NOTHING was done at the house. Prior to beginning demolition, they required a total of 60% of the contract to be paid. At the end of demolition and rough-in, which took 4 weeks, they required a total of 84% to be paid. Then they wanted payment for the project to be substantially complete and usable prior to the installation of the glass shower walls or the master being usable. That would have been 95% of the contract. The supervising contractor stated that he would not have the shower glass installed until they were paid. I sent his boss a copy of the Florida legal requirements for being substantially complete and usable, and I also hired an attorney. When it came time for the final walkthrough and final payment, they didn't want to provide us with the Affidavit of Contractor's Final Payment, which shows if there are any subcontractors who have released their lien and those that haven't been paid and how much they are owed prior to receiving the final payment, even though we had the right to have it according to our attorney. Then, when we received the document, it was a "waiver and release of lien upon progress payment."

The price paid for all the work was also very competitive, thank you, we highly recommend this business!

Mo refused to call or text my wife back. Mohommad then attempted to mark up the cabinets 70% and tricked us into letting him dump the cabinets on us without inspection. The cabinets were in fact in flat boxes and RTA (Ready to Assemble) and not ready to be installed or disclosed as cheap RTA cabinets until his driver tricked us by buying the cabinets at like $5000 or $6000 and then dropping them off for "inspection" and saying they were custom cabinets worth over $16,000 without improving assembling them in any way, insisting they were custom built when in fact they were simply colored cabinets boards in a box. He refused to refund any money and left 5-10 exposed electrical wires hanging out of our wall to try to put pressure on finishing the project for the price he wanted for a customer cabinet kitchen. Marking up cabinets by close to 200% is a scam when trying to pass off RTA cabinets as custom built when simply let in the Indonesian Manfacturers unbranded cheap boxes. We are entering our lawsuit in the next week. If you look at Orange County Lawuits in the past few year you will see where Mo/Galaxy did the same thing to another customer. Well this one isn't Small claims court and we will insist on legal fees.

I was in the market for a kitchen, master bath, and floor remodel in my home. I have lots of…read morefriends in construction, but I was wise enough to know better than to hire "friends" to do the job. I am extremely picky and OCD when it comes to detail and cleaning. I used Better Business Bureau to find local remodeling companies. I did this because I trust the BBB and I wanted a company which I would not pay if the job was not completed in accordance with the contract and my expectations; also, another reason to not hire a "friend." I called several companies and among all my projects, I had 11 quotes. I did not choose the cheapest. I chose the company that was the most responsive and seemed eager to do my work. I am glad I did. I choose Tile Metrics, located in Oviedo. I went to the shop and met with staff. My wife and I were able to choose all our products from this location. The store seems small and quite busy. Don't let that fool you. They have so much product and ideas to offer. Now to the important part. From beginning to end, the company stayed in contact with me. They emailed and sometimes called me almost daily to coordinate work, projects, and keep me informed. This was exactly what I wanted. They are also a one-stop shop in that they do almost all the work themselves. No separate contractors to deal with, just one single point of contact. Most of the work was done by an in-house crew, which if you do not know, is very important. The worker men that came to my house were clean cut, polite, professional, and did top notch work. Can you imagine having a remodel with almost no complaints? All you hear are horror stories about remodeling your home. Tile Metrics took care of everything. They did all the flooring in my house, including removing old tile and hardwood floors (dustless), new kitchen quartz countertops and back splash. Moved plumbing and electrical. Installed new toilets in 2 bathrooms. And a complete master bath remodel with everything new. The work was done quickly without delay. Once they started, they stayed on my project until it was done. For the parts of the projects they did not do in-house, the subs were equally good. As for price, they were fair and probably in the middle to lower end of all my quotes. I have no complaints, which is rare of me. I will be hiring Tile Metrics again in the future to complete more projects at my home, as soon as I save up more money.

Tile Metric did not use a moisture barrier which was clearly stated on the box the flooring came in. They flat out refuse to admit to their mistake and fix the issue. I was particularly impressed by the two orders of the Philodendron Atabapoense. They were both ~17" tall with Lots of leaves. I'm pretty certain that each had a 12" leaf in a 4" pot. Unreal In addition the Stunning healthy plants, I was just as impressed by the care that went into wrapping & packaging. It was more than a consumer would ever expect. I order many plants online & either plants were crushed, a leaf/stem broken, an over-abundance of soil in the box (which makes it very messy); or.. you need a battle axe to unwrap the plant. But not this shop. Every step of packaging was handled with care. I was incredibly impressed. Corrugated cardboard protected the plant, a white grow bag material covered each individually, and fluffy cotton wrapped around the soil. Not only were the plants Large & Healthy, beautifully wrapped (by Taylor - Thank Youuuu!!!) Now let's talk about Leveling Up the game. I was surprised to see another Gift- a Story on your individual plant via a QR code! What?! . Can we talk about "Attention to Detail & elevating the Experience?". I feel as though I've Adopted plants & couldn't be Happier as a new Mom! It was my first order, but won't be the last. This shop did an Outstanding Job! Bravo,.. BRAVO!!!!! Absolutely couldn't be happier! Healthy, large vigorous plants at a reasonable price, but what really set them apart was the careful packing. One Drosera even had thread - thin flower spikes, which are intact. Personal email contact (not just canned text) to be sure they were shipped before weather dropped below freezing was especially appreciated. Points for Sarah!
