After having a new roof installed by this other company, Lundberg Roofing had to come out and fix all their mistakes. The issues focused on improper work around the chimney, and installation of a vent which caused heavy leaking. The other company couldn't seem to figure out what they did wrong. It's a long ugly story, but our advice is to use a company with solid history, great reviews, wonderful customer service, fair prices, and excellent workmanship. That company is Lundberg. This is a kitchen & bathroom reno + flooring for my 750 sqft apartment. I selected my materials at their warehouse during my design session. What was supposed to be a 4 week job is now coming up to 4 months. The majority of these photos are from the final walkthrough June 3rd, 2025. You will see: Mis-match color cabinets installed, which are also not aligned, Incorrect countertop installed, using scrap pieces, Backsplash grout already cracking, Missing hardware for cabinets, Microwave cannot open entirely, and the outlet does not work, Required GFCI outlets missing - major safety hazard, Incorrect color & style bathroom floor tile installed, Mis-match shower tile installed, Shower niche missing, Grout in shower already cracking, Shelving in bathroom vanity missing, Baseboards unfinished and completely missing in areas, Incorrect color LVP flooring installed, Back door hinges are missing screws - major safety hazard, I caught the back door open one night (who knows how many times that has happened), Open wiring in the attic - major fire hazard, These are ONLY the materials & issues that have not been corrected along the way. There were plenty more issues. Addressing them with the owner did not help. Used materials installed from previous jobs without consent (verbal and physical evidence of this). They have requested all invoices early/ before they were due. The 3rd draw was requested early 4 times. On the 4th request personally from the owner, I paid early under his confirmation that cabinets would arrive in 2 days. It took a few weeks before the cabinets were installed, and installed incorrectly. It took another 6 weeks to 'correct', and at the final walkthrough, they are mis-matched colors, not all have shelving, and they are unaligned.

I wonder if I work for them or they work for me, but the way they work, not impressed. Anyway he said the weekends are better for us and so I said ok, I can be flexible. To that dejean said we need to go our separate ways, Please find someone else and I said OK. But he did say that they are installing granite countertops in the Villages. That is how little they value thier customers. Oh and never pay them anything up front, never, never! When the work is all done, and done correctly, then pay. They were trying to scam me. They kept trying billing me for the rest of the money BEFORE the work was done. I said, when the work is done. In fact I should not have even paid the $250. I can imagine if I had paid them the remaining $360 before they finished. I bet they would have bailed too and stolen the $360. Oh and they left a mess too. dejean wanted to dump some left over paint on the ground! I said no, it needs to be disposed of properly. He said that everyone does this. Well anyone who takes shortcuts and does not care will do this. Yeah, they take short cuts and break environmental laws too. Oh they gave me the business so I am letting everyone know. STAY AWAY.
