With a simple email, I was able to send pictures and get a virtual quote. I added and removed other project and ended up doing an in-home estimate. The estimate was on time, professional, measured, and even spoke with my flooring guys to coordinate the job repairs. On the day of the job, Jay and Zayne (spelling?) were on-time, professional, and respectful of my home. They laid tarps down for all working areas and anywhere they walked. Once painted which I will do myself, everything will look perfect. Pricing wasn't too bad considering the company is licensed, insured, has a well-equipped letter truck, and they sent a person out to quote at no charge. They immediately got to work and fixed the hole, complete with spraying the texture to match the rest of the wall. The brothers worked well together (can't say the same if it were me and my brothers) and ensured everything was cleaned up after the repair. I highly recommend them and in fact, will be doing another project with them soon.

The palm tree work was a separate fee. After five days of delays, repeated no-shows, and constant rescheduling, the sprinkler system was never completed. I canceled multiple appointments to accommodate them, but they still failed to show up as promised. Because the work was left unfinished, I had to hire another company to complete the job, costing me an additional $280. I truly feel I was conned out of my money. I paid upfront in good faith, and the agreed work was not completed. This was extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend this company. If you hire them, do not pay until the work is fully completed.

Best Stucco Contractor...period…read more Kenroy Reid contracted to replace the stucco on our 2 story, 14 window replacement project. He also suggested a comprehensive look at some critical issues on the house to be repaired prior to painting. The project was a few months away but Kenroy kept in touch and was flexible with our schedule. Once the windows were replaced, he was on site the next day doing all the work to replace the window's stucco bands. He stayed until the job was complete late on a Saturday. Kenroy noticed an issue with one of our roof intersections with a vertical wall and suggested we improve the flashing on the roof. He removed the stucco in the area and found long neglected water damage. He fixed the water damage and brought in a roofer to add the needed flashing. Kenroy's attention to detail and onsite management were critical to doing a top quality job. We are very happy with the work and will ask him to come back when we are ready for some additional stucco work. Thank you Kenroy for a better than expected stucco result!
