Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. (I got about 10 quotes that were mostly right around $200.) I was needing a cleaning quickly, and they were able to schedule me for first thing in the morning the following Monday. Their communication was great, and they showed up right on time! 2 people came to clean. My house. They cleaned the entire house (minus 2 bedrooms I asked them to skip) in only a few hours. They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. However when he came he was professional, worked fast, easy to communicate with, and mostly I trusted him since he delivered good work so I gave him the remodel job instead. The photos show it but exceptionally pleased with how it turned out. We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on.
