They are a local family operated company out of Geneva, so all the more reason to support them! I've been contemplating on getting my balcony screened in and called several companies for quotes. They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! Other companies I reached out to were charging at least several hundred dollars more than what this company quoted me. I definitely recommend using All My Sons Aluminum if you need screeners. They were so great to work with and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

The salesman was able to work with our price and made sure we were happy with the situation. The next step is the hardest part, the waiting. We signed the contract in October, and they didn't start building until March. The waiting was very nerve-wracking. Melissa was fantastic, keeping us updated through the whole process. It just felt like the entire process took a lot longer compared to other screened porches. When they finally started, they were able to get the work done in a couple of days. The workers were great, and they were very detailed oriented. The final product was a beautiful screened-in porch that everyone loves. The one thing I love is the kick plates for the screened porch match the house. So it feels like an addition to the home. (They are one of the few places that finance, so they do work with you)

I first used All American Water Restoration to remodel my laundry room in 2020, the home was originally built for a single guy so zero attention went into the spaces I use often. The owners Cheri and Rob came by (talk about white glove service) and noted all of my wants and needs for the space. They provided me a very reasonable estimate and timeline. The final product was more than I could have dreamed! Fast forward to Thanksgiving of 2021 and I find black growth in an area of the home I'm never in. I knew who to call right away! Again, I had them come by and assess. They had our home evaluated for mold levels and types of molds. Unfortunately, we had a mold issue in our second floor (aftermath of a leaking AC unit that had been replaced in 2019). All American completed the work for us on time and with minimal interruption to my family while we were all living in the downstairs area. The second floor was restored to look just like it did before they came in to remediate the issue (bonus, they moved all the furniture and had all of our upstairs garments and sheets laundered for us)! During this time, I found out that they also clean carpets and area rugs - so I have had Smitty (voted best carpet cleaner in Orlando) come by and clean my white area rug (yes, I know, terrible idea to have a white area rug) after parties or if my dog has an accident (which is rare, thank goodness)! So why am I finally writing a review? This past week, I notice my toilet was leaking on a Saturday morning as we were getting ready to head out of town. The owner Rob comes by, taking time away from his Saturday, to check out our issue. He has the leak fixed the SAME DAY! The leak had been undetected for some time, so we have moisture on the walls that is not drying out. I am not freaking out at all because I know that my family and my home are in the best hands with All American Water Restoration!
