Levan stopped by my home and reviewed…read moreall the steps they were going to perform, from power washing, caulking, and problem areas where ladders needed to be placed (pool cage area). His crew took a couple hours in the afternoon to prep my windows, doors, light fixtures, etc. Everything was covered properly. The next morning at 8 the crew got started right away painting the home (two story, 3000 sq ft). They were completed by 3-4PM. I made a last minute request to repaint my door in a different color and they had no problem accommodating that, he explained the additional cost and went out to get the paint. After they were finished painting they cleaned up all around my home and left it cleaner than it was! I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of painters provide quotes and there was always something that rubbed me the wrong way, from price to paint being used and their unwillingness to explain everything in full detail ON PAPER. I don't commit to anything unless it's written down properly on a paper contract (and neither should you). I didn't even need to ask for this it was just done right. This is why I went with US Painting. Organized and professional crew. I'd highly recommend them for painting jobs.

I got several bids for: complete exterior painting, roof cleaning and caulking, and pressure…read morewashing of driveway and sidewalks. Phil White's bid was the most inclusive and after reading many reviews and speaking to several companies, I selected this company. Let me save you the trouble of doing all that research - Phil White Painting is highly experienced. They are perfectionists, excellent communicators, organize the job very well, and go the extra mile to please the customer. They know their paint and made recommendations about product level and brand that in their experience, works best in the central Florida climate. Attention to detail is everything in painting. For example, they did a superb job navigating the line between the stucco soffits (dark brown) and the body color (creamy white) - the stucco texture on both surface required extra focus and precision, and the line is perfect all the way around the house. They also did, at no extra charge, some selected stucco patching to hide a previous repair line and minor flaws, and used two, and in some spots, three coats of paint to ensure a seamless, flawless finish. Throughout the job, they communicated frequently, confirmed our wishes, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful. We did a complete walkthrough upon completion, and we were extremely happy with the finished result! Let me not forget to mention that the price was fair and reasonable. So just call them, and leave your worry at the door. I will be reaching out to Phil white Painting again in the future for interior painting and paver cleaning and sealing. Their company motto should be "An educated consumer is our best customer."

And when they were out, I said to them that I couldn't have them by this one small section of the house for about an hour due to a meeting online, of course they were there. But the main reason for this not good review is they had a guarantee but only if you pressured washed the house each year in regards to the paint. Within 6 months-1 year we had multiple chips come off. So we are not sure is it due to a bad paint job or was it the Florida Paint? Either way, we aren't happy since they said Florida Paint according to Horace Tingle was the best paint out there. We had cheap paint before this and it didn't chip for YEARS.
