Darrell gave me 2 quotes, one to simply satisfy the HOA, and the second to fill all the cracks from the house settling, power wash, prime and paint the entire house. This is an investment rental property and I hadn't been to the house in a while, and when selecting the colors from the HOA approved color palettes, I picked the wrong one. I didn't want to change the color, so I sent him all of the palettes, and he did a BEAUTIFUL job - I had selected the higher quote so that I don't have to redo it for years, and it turned out to be gorgeous. Plus he offers a touch-up guarantee so if I run across any minor issues, he'll come back out to take care of it. I *highly* recommend Done Wright - I was so impressed!

However when he came he was professional, worked fast, easy to communicate with, and mostly I trusted him since he delivered good work so I gave him the remodel job instead. The photos show it but exceptionally pleased with how it turned out. We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on. Max also gave a very reasonable price even from several other quotes I got so I would 100% highly recommend Handy Guys and would definitely be hiring from him again for other jobs!
