When I contacted Paint Orlando, they immediately went on the defensive, telling me that I selected the paint and sheen, and signed the contract. I explained that I just copied the paint description and had no knowledge of sheens. Because they are the experts, I would have expected them to warn me about the paint sheen. The owner claimed he discussed sheens with me during his quote visit, but that was not the case, as I would have heeded his warning and done it right the first time. He agreed to have another contractor come back and repaint the bathrooms if I bought the paint. I agreed but I never heard back from him.
