I hired Joe to pressure wash the exterior of the house. I'm very happy about the Joe's work, as well as the scheduling process with Michele. They accommodated my schedule to list the house for rent on the market. Joe worked hard to get the algae out of the front porch and around the exterior windows. He also helped to get the rust out of driveway which was an eye sore for me. Now they all look very clean! Since I live out of state, I rely heavily on the integrity of the service provider to handle the job properly and take care of business. Once he provides a quote, there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The most recent job Joe completed for us was at one of my rental properties in Orland. We received a notice from the HOA stating that the exterior walls of the house needed pressure washing, but it was unclear if the entire house or just one side required attention. We reached out to Joe, explained the situation, and he provided a quote for pressure washing one side. He then offered to inspect the property and charge us extra if additional sides needed cleaning. After evaluating the property, Joe ended up spot cleaning two additional sides and only charged us for one, as the other sides weren't as dirty and only needed minimal attention.
